11/10/2023- just a follow up on my previous review. Shed Directs have been very responsive/helpful in txting back on whatsapp. They have sent me photos on where my construction of the shed is incorrect and have been very helpful in communicating answers to any questions I have. 5 stars for this. We visited the showrooms this morning and we want to compliment the people we dealt with. Firstly, Orla in the shop was knowledgeable and very friendly and Alan in the warehouse was very professional.

I ordered a 4m garden awning in their sale.
The delivery was fast, and as promised.
Installation by their crew, as organised by Gerry, was done as agreed, despite them being busy before their holiday.
My neighbour had the same awning fitted a few months ago, and recommended Sheds Direct to me - I’ll happily do the same to anyone looking for an awning.

Bought a premium pitched shed and am delighted with it the quality of materials is very good and would recommend to anyone the only thing was the screws were too small and I purchased self tapping screws with washers in screwfix so it would be more sturdy and doubled amount of screws used but I definitely would buy another one or recommend to a friend 👍

Absolutely fantastic people to deal with went to the finglas showroom I delt with Alan chose the shed the shed was delivered at 7 30am and erected at 8 30am the shed was perfect for my needs the crew were very polite and left the site spotless

Delighted with my purchase from Sheds Direct, exactly what I needed around the garden.

We purchased the Big Blue Shed in February which we were very happy with. We found the service in store on the day excellent. The shed itself is great quality and we were very happy with our purchase. Unfortunately a courier reversed his van into our new shed doing quiet significant damage to the back panels. I called the store where I spoke to Orla and explained the situation and asked if she could quote me for new panels so we could repair the shed. Orla said to email her in pictures of the damage and she would see what she could do. Given that they're flat packed kits I wasn't too optimistic on being able to get replacements. Orla got back in touch to say she spoke to the manager and he was was going to replace the panels free of charge, we just needed to pay €15.00 to have them delivered. I told Orla this was above and beyond, that we were happy to pay but she said not to worry about it, we had been honest about what happened and they always kept spares just in case. The new panels arrived within 2 days. I can't recommend this company enough, they didn't have to help us out but they did and it was very much appreciated. We had intended on purchasing a second Big Blue as we were so happy with the first one but we will make a point of buying it as soon as we can because we want to support this excellent Irish business.

I bought and collected a stell shed convinced I'd put it together not a hope had to phone sheds direct and explain 2 weeks later fitting team called and had the shed erected in 2 hours max 👍 the lads were absolutely brilliant I'm delighted with the service I received and would highly recommend sheds direct plus the garden furniture is fantastic I've friends who can't believe the change in the garden

Bought a little 6x5 steel shed. We tried assembling it ourselves and after several attempts at putting the roof on we admitted defeat and called the store. They were fantastic and within 24 hours our shed was finally assembled, with the help of the 2 lovely lads that came over to finish it.

Bought a water feature for my dad and of course he busted the pump. Sheds direct immediately sent out new pump and threw in solar panel free of charge. Fantastic service.

The shed was of great quality and I was very impressed with the result. It was missing a part which was sent to me overnight. I highly recommend the premium shed.

I used Sheds direct last year to purchase an insulated garden shed. I'm so happy with the value, service and mainly the shed. It stayed warm all through the winter. More recently I purchased some LED plant pots for sensory work with children with autism. The pots work in the same fashion as light up water sensory tables which cost hundreds of euros. I spoke with Louise who was super friendly and super knowledgeable in the area of sensory regulation/education and gave me tips on how to enhance the pots for even further benefits, such as perspex lids or hand prints with paint. Great value for money and loved by the children.

I have just received my big blue shed this afternoon, the most professional company that I have dealt with ever. From the first day when I went to view the sheds on display all of the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming. A family business with great staff, the fitting crew have the same attitude, get the job done to the customers satisfaction. The Big Blue shed is great value & outstanding quality, the accessories on the website are vast. I would highly recommend Sheds Direct.

I just got a shed from sheds direct.From purchasing to delivering this company was a pleasure to deal with.The installers did a great job.The skirting at the end was slightly short.Not sheds directs fault.But they came back two days later and sorted it out.No extra charge.

Bought a wheel chock and it was dispatched within a half hour. Excellent service and a quality sturdy product. Would be great to have a courier option for delivery but it's no reflection on the product or services

first thing i looked up website and found it so easy to navigate and make my choices and get a price..on our visit to showroom we were dealt with quickly but in a helpful way, not rushed on decisions.After order placed the coummication was excellent and was delivered on time. Work crew were excellent and nothing was a problem for them.WISH I HAD ROOM FOR ANOTHER SHED.. thanks to all concerned..

Great company to deal with. Our Inverter heater saved us a fortune this winter. Very cheap and efficient to use. The staff in Sheds Direct always a pleasure to deal with. Delivery of fuel always on time without hassle!

I bought 2 inverter heaters (Mod: 5086 & Mini Max) between Nov. 2021 and Nov. 2022. They both appear to be functioning very well. No complaints there. Two 20L drums of Tozane oil purchased in Nov, 2021 cost €72. When I purchased a replacement twin-pack in Sept. 2022, the price had jumped to €96 - a hefty 33% increase. Putin, the Pandemic, or a combination of both? Other than this meteoric price increase, I found Sheds Direct to be very pleasant to deal with and the oil was always delivered on time as scheduled. One valuable tip I learned from Alan, was that Tozane can be used in older Kerosene wick heaters, which would mean a cleaner, less smelly and smoky home when in use. However, kerosene must never be used in an inverter heater! I'd definitely recommend Sheds Direct to friends and acquaintances for their overall courtesy and professionalism
