Timely Service, need slightly more care…
We have used this company for a number of years for our sons’ summer camp trunks. They are very timely and organized with the materials getting to you and pick up/delivery. Unfortunately, this year the trunk was significantly beat up in transit to and from camp. On the journey to camp, the lock latch was bent making that part unusable. On the way home it returned without handles. I know they are trunks, but they do need maybe a slight amount more care when loading them and unloading them.

Damaged luggage
For the third year in a row, our luggage from camp arrived home severely damaged. If there was another choice, I wouldn't use Ship Camps.

Thank you for sharing your recent Ship Camps experience. I'm glad both bags arrived ahead of schedule on each leg of your round trip, but I'm sorry to hear your luggage arrived damaged once again.
Receiving items in worse condition than when they shipped is by no means common, and for this to happen more than once is certainly not what we want for you. Just as we have in years past, we'll make sure you're properly compensated for this.
This is the first we're hearing of the issue with this year's shipment, and I don't see any outreach to our team outside of this review. Therefore, I'll have a member of our team reach out to you directly to retrieve the appropriate documentation to file your claim for approval and reimbursement.

Maybe switch to using UPS. The fed ex guy literally dragged my daughter’s trunk down the concrete steps in front of my house completely scratching the whole bottom side. Brand new trunk.
