Easy to order and to use . Just what I wanted. Looks good ~

Brilliant product kept updated with delivery.

I chased this order when it went past its expected delivery date on 02/07/2026 and was advised that it had been shipped that same day – which was also the date it had originally been due to arrive. However, on 06/07/2026 I received an email stating that the parcel had been delivered, despite nothing having been received. At the same time, the DPD tracking information still showed that they were waiting to receive the parcel.
Communication and order updates throughout the process were confusing and inaccurate, which made it difficult to know what was actually happening with the delivery. At one point, it felt as though the heatwave would be over before the fan arrived!
Update 07/07/2026: The order has now been delivered. The fan itself is excellent, performs very well, and is good value for money. However, the customer service and communication experience fell short and could certainly be improved. Overall, a good product let down by a disappointing delivery experience.

Been more than a week to receive a fan that was promised delivery within 2/3 days.

Received email that the fan has now been delivered when clearly it hasnt.

To top it off, no customer care number to speak to about the issue. Never buying any Dimplex product ever again.

I ordered and paid 30th June and still waiting for it. This is my experience.

Next day delivery failure. Still waiting. Ordered Wednesday today is Monday.

I ordered a fan over a week ago and have still not received it! Your website advertises free next working day delivery. This is not the case!

Not received order tried to contact company unable to get a reply

I placed an order on July 1st and it was marked as delivered on June 26th. The delivery company says they didn't receive the package and Dimplex won't respond to messages or help me get my product.

Should be 2 day delivery 6 days later nothing

The contact information for this store is invalid. It is taking me days to resolve an issue and initiate a return despite the stated 30 day discrepancy.

On the site, there is an email address which responds:

Dear Sender,

The mail address [email] is not used for receiving support about Dimplex or Faber products. Your mail wil not be forwarded or read.

The contact phone number leads to a Dimplex company that has no connection to the store. They advised me to use a different email address, but I got no response from that either (automated or otherwise).

Though the actual items received are of good quality, their after sales service is problematic.

No communication on when delivery date will take place following a purchase. DPD are supposed to be delivering but the links supplied on the confirmation email don't work. I am still waiting for delivery date.

Timely delivery. Great product! Dimplex Duocool 2-in-1 fan. Definitely recommend. Powerful and effective cooling. Bought 2 and so pleased with purchase. Lifesaver in the heatwave!
