put in an order that was confirmed and wasn’t even informed until almost two weeks later that they didn’t even have some of what i ordered in stock. unbelievable. if i could give zero stars i would.

I ordered stuff where they informed me after I received a package that I am not gonna get everything I ordered because they were out of stock. Nobody mentioned anything earlier to me. I didn’t like they charged me first and then figured out they out of stock of things. I wasn’t really happy with that

I recieved two orders
I recieved two orders, the ice melted and soaked everything in the box, this happened both times.the first time the pizza box was in shreds, soaked and the other frozen items were melted. They were very good about giving me a second box. The second box was the same i just threw it away. I think separating the food from the ice would probably remedy some of the problems. Love the idea but it wouldnt do it again.

Frozen food needs to stay frozen longer.
I ordered faux chicken breasts and faux ham. The items weren’t cold by the time I arrived home to take them inside. The breasts were very flexible (no longer frozen). I haven’t eaten them yet and chose to refreeze because I was nervous about eating them.

Very disappointed
UPDATE: While we are impressed with the level of customer service, causing us to bump up the review by a star, the replacement set unfortunately arrived in much the same state as the original one did. We have assurance that they are working on their shipping practices and we'll potentially try them out again down the line with a much smaller order.

We were so excited about the variety of products that we made a large order. We had been told there was no shipping but there was on our order. It took almost 2 weeks to receive and we never had a clear indication of when we would receive it. The external box was not damaged so we can't blame UPS, but all the boxes on the food items inside were pretty wrecked up and the cooling packs were not cold any more. One item we ordered must have been mislabeled on the site because we had ordered a Field Roast Apple Maple sausage, which we had never seen before, but received Apple Sage, which we get all the time locally for a lot less. The food itself seems like it's probably cold enough, but barely - and probably, had it not still been cooler weather, it would not have arrived in any condition to eat. As it is, we're a little worried about it. We were impressed by the tremendous variety but will not be shopping here again.

Shipment issues and other problems
Final Update: I want to like this company. And I wanted this to work. The front line people are great (seriously). But this company has supply chain and quality issues that make them more trouble than they're worth. There's been an issue with nearly all my orders with them (missing items, warehouse issues, things arriving thawed because they can't get them out in time, things out of stock that they fail to make note of on their site, etc, etc). This is a start up company and I like doing business with those as a rule. But until they address their problems, they aren't going to get my business again.
Previous Update: This company resolved the issue with style. Very impressed with their above and beyond approach to conflict resolution.
First Issues: I ordered from this company for the first time over a week ago..
To be clear, the first shipment being delayed and ruined was not on them. It was on UPS. A shipment that was supposed to be here on Friday wasn't delivered until Monday. It was warm and not safe for use, so we discarded it. But they issued a replacement shipment over the weekend. Though I had to contact them to send the entire shipment.
It is now the following Wednesday and it still hasn't shipped. I've reached out to them was told only that I'd receive a notification when it was shipped. That is not acceptable customer service. This was not my fault either. I've still not gotten my money's worth.

I was very excited to find an all vegan company. When my order arrived everything was defrosted, the Justegg was outdated. So unless you tweak your delivery
system I cannot be a customer.

Great company--a few glitches resolved in good faith
We have ordered two times. This seems to be a new company with a few glitches, but they respond timely to each request. We accidentally placed our first order twice because the website did not seem to take our first order. The duplicate order was quickly canceled. Then, four items (out of stock) were left out when the order shipped. These were refunded upon request, and a generous credit given on top of that. Our second time around, the order took over a week to ship and we were charged shipping even though we were over the limit for free shipping. This was reversed as soon as I pointed it out. The items were in great shape when they were arrived. This is a great company, but one needs a little patience as they don't quite seem to have all their systems in place just yet.

Save yourself some frustration and…
Save yourself some frustration and don't order from this company. From the beginning; about every other time you're prompted to put in an email address, just to add items to your cart. Then, when I wanted to log in and edit my cart, the cart started disappearing. When I was finally able to order (it took three times and a conversation with customer support) my bank account alerted me to a possibly shady transaction. Fun!
THEN, I actually received my order. No, I received someone elses order, apparently. Instead of the $100 worth of vegan ham and other items unavailable in my rural community, I received three bottles of salad dressing and a pack of hamburger buns.
Update: I was refunded for my entire order, which is great. Would rather have the food, but money is always good. They also offered a $50 gift card as an apology, with the suggestion that I might revise my review. Eight days later and that card hasn't shown.

A really good company!
When my first order from Shopvejii.com arrived too late, and thawed out due to a UPS shipping error, I let the company know.
They were so understanding that they gave me store credit for MORE than my original purchase price, and I was able to order more food for free, and it all came to my correct address on time this time!
The quality was excellent and I will likely be buying from them again in the near future!

Poor shipping
I ordered on 2/6 and promptly got an email saying they can’t process out of USA orders but I live in Michigan. I called and was told it was a glitch. Order was partially shipped and arrived with most of the boxes of frozen food crumbled & soggy.
The second part of the order “shipped” 2/11 but I did kit finally get it until 2/22. I was concerned since most was frozen food but at least they arrived with several ice packs. I pray I don’t get sick from freeze, thaw, freeze that occurred. I think I’ll stick to companies that have better shipping services.
