Really extraordinary! Not only is a great selection with great prices, the customer service was outstanding. They were responsive, clear, and they resolved the issues I had related to shipping and weather delays. They were courteous and even helped on the next order to be sure everything was clear (and made changes when I needed them). Really excited to be a repeat and ongoing customer now!

First time user here. I enjoy the fact that I can order everything from one location and not have to run from one grocery store to another. The variety of choices is amazing as well. There was a minor glitch with my delivery but Katie from customer service was so kind and helpful. I will be placing regular orders with you in the future.

I absolutely love the variety Vejii has to offer! It makes the vegan lifestyle so much easier and offers something no matter the menu! All products are of a high quality and well priced. I look forward to every shop with them and would highly recommend Vejii!

The first shipment came to me defrosted, the replacement shipment was a close second, but I think useable. They do not use ice bricks when shipping frozen foods, so spoilage is a HIGH risk.
Customer service is good, but not worth it.

Vejii had the best prices for online vegan food. Their customer service is excellent. My only complaint is that they are often out of my favorite items.

My first order came up with melted food and broken packaging. The customer service assured me that they would refund the amount (which they did) and give a $10 "vejii buck" credit to my account. The Vejii bucks still do not show up on my account. Afterwards I was sent a link to provide reviews for $20 each review (I did two including one on this website totaling $40). A gift card was issued to me that consistently did not work. It has been several months since I completed the review (which I gave high praise) and I am still unable to use my $50 worth of credits. Furthermore, when I finally did get the one $40 credit to work (still no $10 vejii bucks) the website shows orders over $75 get free shipping (which I took a screenshot and sent them) and it is still charging me shipping. Their customer service took a steep nosedive after that first order which I praised in the review for promising high only to find out they deliver low. I actually was going to invest in this company financially as I believe it had such great potential but if they cannot get their incentives, rewards or honour their websites typo's then that is bad business.

Vejii has the best customer service ever by far. I emailed customer support because my order was lost, within 15 minutes, I received a reply, asking me if I wanted a refund or for my order to be sent again. Due to the weather conditions and road cIosures in BC, I opted for the refund, which I received instantly. I will definitely be ordering again when weather and roads are better.

I love this store. Great customer service and a very larger selection of specialty foods. It's the only place I can get No-Milk and I love it.

I have ordered from Vejii several times over the past 6 months. Any time I have any issue with an order the company quickly rectified any concerns I have. I will continue to shop with Vejii because they have top notch customer service. I placed an order and it was damaged during delivery. The issue was completely out of their control and the responsibility of the delivery service but Vejii still promptly responded, fixed the problem. Vejii has an excellent choice of products and their customer service is one of a kind!!!

When I placed my order I forgot to apply my coupon. I emailed to ask if the coupon could be applied or the order could be canceled if not and I would re-order. The customer service department responded within 24 hours and quickly applied the coupon to my order. It was a simple and painless experience.

Vejii has great customer service! In my initial order, they left out an item, but promptly fixed this after I emailed them. They not only shipped out the missing order without additional charge, but also awarded me credit. Definitely would recommend!

I had contacted customer support regarding the timeframe for delivery. We were at subzero temperatures with over a foot of snow on the way. I was provided with a quick response, tracking number and the offer to assist should there be a problem with the items due to the weather. Excellent customer service and I will continue to purchase from Vejii.

Placed order November 28. Over $75 was taken from my account November 30. Today is December 11 and order never shipped. I requested to cancel order and get a full refund. If this doesn’t happen in a timely manner I will contact BBB.

My first order was months ago. It came spoiled, melted. They gave me a credit for the food lost. I live in Florida and now that the weather is cooler I gave them another chance. My order came today....and it was frozen!!! Yay. Whatever happened last time had been rectified. I will order again. Great selection of products

I've definitely had some minor issues with a couple deliveries but they always resolve it for me!

I bought 12 Oatly Barista Edition oatmilks and granola bars. When I received my order, I noticed that the expiration date was December 2021, which leave me a month to use 12 cartons. I shared this with Vejii and they offered to refund the majority of my purchase. They responded extremely quickly, they were courteous and professional. However, the cartons I opened, did not look they same as ones I've used before and wonder if they may be counterfeit? Does that even exist?

Anyway, I thought their customer support was excellent.

I recently placed my first order with Vejii. The order arrived on time and completely frozen. One item arrived damaged and I contacted customer service. I received a prompt response and the item was quickly replaced. I will happily order from Vejii again!

I am so happy to have a source for products that I have trouble finding consistently in stores. Very pleased with the product, the delivery (frozen food was frozen) and the company's communication about the process. Go Vejii!
