I was so happy to use this website. I gave up eating animals over 25 years ago. I found so many great things here and customer service is helpful.

Great selection of products, the best customer service and fast delivery. I was able to find exactly what I wanted at a great price. The customer service was also very proactive. They where very knowledgeable and where able to fix any problem I had immediately. The groceries I ordered shipped very quickly and arrived in a timely fashion. I extremely satisfied with shopvejii and highly recommend them. I now do the bulk of my grocery shopping through them

I had placed an order and was over the amount for free shipping, the free shipping didn’t apply when cashing out… sent an email expressing my concern…. With in 24 hours I was created shipping along with a nice apologetic email. Very happy with the customer service!

I was having some difficulty with my phone and the interface with Vejii ap. A quick and grumpy message on my part was met with outstanding service. Can't recommwnd them enough.

Vejii has a great array of vegan foods available. So much of what I drove two hours to obtain, I can now get through Vejii.
The only problem I have had is that the dry ice is sometimes almost melted when the food arrives. But, that has not caused any real problems.
I love Vejii and I'm so happy they exist now.

Like others have said, we were excited to find a variety of vegan products available. We live in an area where stores don’t stock many options for us. We’ve ordered twice now from vejii and the experience has been pretty bad. Our first order, a mix of refrigerated and frozen items, arrived crammed in small box and all items were mostly melted. The ice packs didn’t hold the temperature well and most of the food was ruined. A few items were damaged from packing so tightly. One item was missing and they sent us a few incorrect items. Customer service sent us replacements for some items and offered to refund items they no longer had in stock. We received the replacement products, but they weren’t in great shape. The refund was never processed. We tried a second order, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. They shipped several damaged products that we had to throw away and the cheese and dressing were frozen solid. After thawing the dressing has separated and had to be thrown out. The cheese slices were ruined also. We’re done using vejii. We might try again on the future, but so far it has been a waste of time and money. The problem is they bought out other online vegan grocers that provided good service, so we’re back to square one looking for a place online to purchase from.

To my great surprise , I stumbled upon this website FULL of vegan foods and goods .... and best of all, some "really hard to find in your local store" stuff !
Shipping is pretty quick , comes with ice packs , but they are usually melted when box arrives, however so far , my frozen items have been fine .
My only suggestion would be to notify customers when the package is out for delivery so it can be brought in right away.
A new company with a few growing pains but overall I am thrilled .

I'm giving a middle of the road review. The product is delicious. The best veggie based burgers and sausages I've ever had. The customer service was also very good. However I feel I should not have had to get ahold of customer service. I know some products are shipped from another warehouse so it will take longer for those products to arrive, but it had gotten even longer than stated from there and no email explaining why it was taking so long. I was going to cancel my order and just got a couple packages of burgers from the store here, but they do not carry the sausages here and I wanted to get the package I was able to get online that included the burgers and sausages together. I thought at first I had got scammed somehow. Customer service replied fairly quick and explained why it could take some time and that I should be getting it shortly that it looked like they were getting it ready to to be shipped currently. Within that day I got an email from them saying that it had shipped with an estimated delivery date. So I appreciate my customer service representative helping out in a big way, but I thought what if I just waited and didn't send a message to them. How long would I have waited?

I placed my first order and made a mistake. It was completely my fault, but I accidentally had the order sent to my old address, 2000 miles away. vejii replaced my order anyway! That's what customer service is all about!

Good food, good selection. However the food was mostly defrosted when it got here. I will order from here again, but probably not frozen food.

Love the opportunity to buy vegan foods, but the delivery system needs to be worked on and improved. It has opportunity for real growth if you can get the products and then get them delivered in an appropriate fashion.

Ordered breakfast sausage arrived thawed out scared to use threw product out, ice packs in box did not maintain temperature, I had seen this complaint from other buyers but decided to give them a try. Will never order frozen products again

WOW!!! this company has gained me as a customer for life, I'm so burnt out with poor customer service and unsympathetic customer service rep's that I never bothered to contact this company about how I received this product, but I did post an honest review of the complaint and was just gonna let that be the end and find another seller. After reading my review a customer service rep sent an email and an apology from Vejii, who also did everything they could to make it right, and keep me as a customer. I really appreciate a company that makes a customer feel that they matter and they want your business. Thanks Vejii I will recommend your company to all my friends.

Overall good but my order came incomplete, no answer from them on the missing item.
Update, couple days after and there was an error with the comments page, they responded very fast and refunded the missing item.
Now I can honestly say no complaints at all!

Well it’s a mixed bag. My first order was a mix of frozen, refrigerated and dry goods, when they arrived I knew from seeing the wet box that it wasn’t going to be pretty. Nothing was cold, everything frozen and refrigerated had to be thrown out. All packaging was destroyed not only from the food melting but because the ice packs weren’t put in sealed bags. They really need to rethink their packaging. The dry goods were fine other than a missing label on a jar.. it was no where in the box. Customer service was awesome. Very understanding and wanted to make it right. They sent out a second shipment. Unfortunately they had an issue at the warehouse and I didn’t get my full order. They did refund my funds those items in a very timely manner . On the items they did ship this time they FROZE the cheese and refrigerated and bottled items. Thats not good! The cheese when thawed just fell apart, not usable. The salad dressing separated and just wouldn’t remix . The frozen items were cold this time but not frozen. So they have to be used immediately as refreezing isn’t recommended. Packaging was messed up from being wet from the ice packs but at least the shipping box was still intact, It’s great they are trying so hard to get it right. They are a fairly young company and there are bound to be glitches. I really hope they can work them out as it’s an awesome service. I’ll give them another chance. Hoping it works out

the nutritional value were not available for all items, which for situation is very important. Shopvejii is not for me at this time.

Update: As soon as the people at Vejii saw this review, they immediately went above and beyond to remedy the issue! Great customer service in case any mistake is made!
Great and delicious product with great delivery. I did take a star because I ordered a vegan cheesecake to have for Mother's day but it never came! :(

Fast delivery and great price on shipping. Have paid several times that from other similar online shops. The ice packs and all food were frozen solid when they arrived, and a damaged item was promptly responded to and replaced quickly. Until recently I was a customer service manager (transferred departments) and Vejii checked off all the boxes for standards to which I held my own team!

This was my first time ordering from this company, and I received everything I ordered. And I was given amazing customer service after there was a delivery issue. I will 100% be ordering from this company often, and I have shared this company and ordering website with several of my friends and family.

First, the good news. All the items I wanted were available. Great communication from Vejii to tell me when everything would be shipped.

However, none of the frozen items were frozen. They were chilled, but definitely not frozen. So disappointing!

Following up on a rather unsatisfactory first experience, Vejii provided superior customer service. My second order arrived quickly, and all items were chilled as expected. I will definitely purchase from Vejii again. Thank you Vejii!

I was really excited to find a company with such a variety of vegan food. However, the company was unable, in two tries, to deliver frozen food that was not completely thawed and not cold. I hope they can fix their shipping problems. I would like to see the company succeed.
