Great prices, great quality and fast shipping!

I live in a rural community where the major couriers delivery packages directly to the US Postal service. That is why my physical address was omitted online when I ordered the products. Instead, I specified that the parcel should be delivered to the post office instead. Once the post office receives the package, they place a message in my post office, alerting me of the arrival. Instead of delivering the order to the post office, as indicated, UPS shipped the items to their Customer Center which is a sixty-four mile round trip away from my residence. I was not notified about the shipping change. After a few weeks, I called UPS and was informed that the center was going to ship my parcel back to the sender within twenty four hours. I convinced them to hold on to the order until I could make arrangements to pick up the parcel in the next couple of days, and fortunately the clerk agreed. The Mapquest shipping instructions was a bit confusing, when I called the Customer Center for clarification, the robotic answering service, was combative it took at least five minutes before I was transferred to a customer service representative. Fortunately, I eventually received my order. For the life of me, I do not understand why UPS did not follow my instructions and deliver to the US Postal Service, because the courier service trucks are line up making deliveries whenever I go to the Post Office.

Great prices and a wide variety of the vegan brands that I cannot find in my location

I am very pleased with the products available through Vejii and with Vejii's fast service. The products were exactly as shown on the website. Vejii offers a good variety of products too at a fair price. It was easy to try new products which is something I enjoy doing. Vejii makes it easy to gradually ease my way into a plant-based eating plan.

Enjoying the products received, the packaging was great, frozen food was still frozen. Major complaints are the slow delivery and high delivery cost. But I will order again in the near future

Food is fabulous, selection is fabulous, delivery is in dire need of improvement. ALL frozen items arrived completely thawed and my order was handed to me directly by the delivery driver right off the truck.

I would order regularly since you have so many great products not readily available in my area but until an option is available to receive products in a frozen state, I'll have to wait.

Our order was shipped in a couple of days and arrived with some of the ice packs still frozen. The frozen items had thawed but are still fine. What was mind boggling was that two boxes arrived - due to a computer glitch our fairly large order had been doubled! I called and told them that they were welcome to charge me for the 2nd order, but they said no, it was their fault. So we got twice what we ordered! That seems like exceptional customer service to me. Will order again.

I was so excited to purchase hard-to-find vegan items at such reasonable prices, but the shipping was horrible. Not only did it take almost a week after placing the order to receive it, every frozen item was completely thawed, including the “ice” packs. I’d like to try again because I think this kind of affordable vegan shopping is so important and I want this business to succeed, but I could drive to my nearest city, shop, and then let the frozen food I just bought sit and thaw out in a fraction of the time I spent getting the same from shopvejii.com.

Issues I had were seemed like a long time from order to receipt of order. Also some items received were to be kept frozen until use but were thawed. Another item I received had an expiration date 6 days from receipt and forced me to use it faster than I wanted. Thanks
