Love the plant based meat products. Have reordered many times. So delicious and easy to prepare. I use in multiple recipes. Service and delivery are excellent. Great company.

Excellent service, selection and prices!

I really enjoy the variety of tasty products. Shipping was good. Please hold down prices as much as possible, I have a family trying to go vegan with me.
I use less costly but equal products at the grocery, but they do not have the variety you do. All in consideration,I will continue to buy the ones we liked from Vejii.

Fast delivery. Packing is good and foods protected.

I am thrilled with the variety of items offered but I have concerns about how cold everything was when I finally received it. All ice packs were just cool and completely defrosted and some things that were supposed to be firm were very soft. Frozen items, once refrozen in my freezer and taken out to use, were all stuck together. I'm happy to order again in the future but I may wait a bit for these logistic issues to be worked out. Also both of my express orders took much more time to ship than advertised.

This is an awesome service. Love being able to get so many vegan products delivered to my door! Love it!

I'm thrilled that Vejii ad popped up on FB.. I like giving new companies a chance. I'm glad that I placed a large order. Even though it wasn't required at the time. Also that no membership is required. Your prices and selection is amazing. I was getting fed up with grocery stores not carrying anything plant based for me. I have been raving about Vejii since I started buying all my food products. I will continue in buying from Vejii.. Thank You!

Poor delivery time. Ordered on 3/19; finally shipped on 3/24. Supposed to be 2-day air but received 3/29. Poor food product protection as cold ice packs entirely melted. Customer Service tried to tell me that plant-based products don't require refrigeration or freezing even though several packages specifically state it and grocery stores all sell products in refrigerated/frozen cases. Required escalation with customer service 3 days to finally issue a refund. The products they offer are great but their process is poor at best!

4 Stars and counting! Vejii is a new staple in my vegan life. Great brands are available like Alpha, Miyoko’s and Follow Your Heart. The Vejii staff kindly takes suggestions for product additions; I think they’ll have even more household/personal care items (cotton balls, cruelty-free razors) in the future. I wish a little more of the packaging was recyclable, and I understand this is in planning. Some of my dry goods items did get soggy from resting on wet/refrigerated items, so hopefully this will be worked out in the packaging. Good deeds #vegan4life!

Excellent, happy with the products and delivery!

After my last, less than stellar review, Vejii came back with the best customer service, convincing me to try out their service again, even though we just found that we can buy a lot of stuff at our local market, now. I'm giving it another shot with another big order (to make shipping worth it) and the food was tasty.

Tracking the shipment was difficult. It seemed impossible to find the status of my order and when it would arrive. Once it arrived everything was completely thawed (no longer frozen). Even the cool packs were starting to melt. It came later than expected (I paid for next day shipping). It almost seemed my order sat somewhere in a hot warehouse or storage facility. The product was still cold but very minimally.

Update: Vejii followed up their reply to my review with an email apologizing for the issues, issued a partial refund, and gave me a gift card. Great customer service, I was not expecting any of this. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to not lose a customer. Thank you and I will buy again now!

Have had two orders and the product has not arrived frozen. The first order was completely warm and it was replaced which was very nice and the replacement arrived cold but soft the second order had the same issue. Dry ice may be a better solution being that we are in Florida the heat here is extreme.
I love the product mix and want to continue buying but concerned as we get into the hot summer months.
