Matt took the time to listen to my needs and adapted the training to suit me and my learning. I found him very approachable from the off set and easy to work with.
I appreciated all the time and effort he put into the session. Matt is very kind, patient and helpful.
I had some brief training on read&write with my own trust, however it was in a group setting - and the training session was fragmented with lots of issues. I therefore interpreted this software as not being useful. However have since had Matt train me in how to use this and really found thuis helpful and can see myself using this software going forward.

I have just begun my training, but I have been thilled with all the support I have been given so far. My trainer Matthew Pateman​ has been very instructive explaining everything so I can get to grips with the new technology and programs. I was very nerous before I started the training but I feel confident and excited to continue the training. Thank you very much!

I recently upgraded my home computer to Windows 10. My existing ZoomText software would not work with Windows 10. I contacted Sight and Sound for some advice. They advised me to purchase ZoomText 2020. I went on their web sight and purchased the ZoomText 2020 upgrade. It took 3 working days for the e-mail with the link to arrive at my home computer. I installed the ZoomText 2020 software and my home computer is working fantastic. The service and expert advice i received was excellent from start to finish, 100 per cent top marks to all the staff at Sight and Sound. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using Sight and Sound to do so all the time. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you.

Regestering on line was not posible Iculd not get the site.

Getting a free trial to test the software was a litlle tricky and we went round in circles trading emails. But we got there in the end and the actualluy buying process was good and the product was easy to install and start using. Thank you ffor offering this product at such a discounted rate otherwise i would not have been able to afford it. And weould have to have just not jhad the use of a laptop at all.

A great service not long to wait for my activation for jaws would recommend to all my friends

After initially making a phone call regarding upgrading my jaws to 2020. I was promptly sent a link in order for me to purchase it online and offered support should I need it. The order was then fulfilled promptly and the staff were very supportive and helpful.

My client needed to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and this meant that Jaws also had to be upgraded. The process was made easier by Sight and Sound Technology who not only supplied the JAWS upgrade but were there to help with the installation.

Having purchased a 3 step Jaws upgrade, it took a telephone chaser after the second working day and 4 days in total to authorise it. I'd already downloaded the software and was using in demo mode so, in my view, a simple step to authorise my upgrade which ultimately should be automated and instant but if manual should be no more than one working day. After 4 days, I received confirmation but the email was incorrect with details of a 2 step upgrade instead of the 3 step I'd paid for. Rectified quickly but I expect better and faster for £375

Although your site is accessible, it is not user-friendly with Jaws 19 on Chrome. To purchase Kurzweil, whilst filling in my baddress, I had three fields that had "Address line one, address line two and address line three" followed by something to do with being VAT registered. I assumed that the three address fields were street, town and county. then I then found out that the next field was "Town/City".
I would also say that some of the language used on the website as a whole is jargonistic. It assumes that the visitor has the same level of knowledge as you do, which is rarely the case.

Ruby ordered Sunday evening, delivered Wednesday morning. Excellent service and fantastic product.

On the whole quite useable by a blind person but some language used when labelling elements I, personally, found ambiguous. Generally though a good experience!

Very happy with the Ruby XL HD magnifier, excellent service. Also fast delivery, Sight and Sound also responded to an e-mail I sent straight away. The e-mail regarding the magnifier, will definitely use this company again very high service.
