I have been lucky to benefit from an 8hr training programme with Elaine this week to go through all my DSA assistive software. Elaine was extremely proactive and organised and got in touch to help me find a time in my busy university calendar to carry out the training and it was so kind of her to fit me in during my university reading week.

I found Elaine's instruction clear and she explained the different functions of each piece of software in a way that I think will help me remember when I go to use them at university.

Elaine is very kind and understanding and makes the training sessions a real pleasure - I looked forward to learning with her because it was fun. Anytime I needed extra guidance she was really kind and I didn't feel bad to ask for something to be explained more. It makes such a difference when you work with someone like Elaine. She also had great ideas of topics I could base my examples on that interested me when we were trying out the software so it made it much easier to get stuck in and come up with ideas to move through the training without getting stuck.

I thought it was lovely because Elaine really remembered things I shared in each session and made a big effort to get to know me as a student.
Elaine was so organised, always on time, very helpfully sent me reminder links with the teams meeting half an hour before out meetings - that really helped me be organised.
Thank you Elaine! I couldn't have hoped for a better teacher with a lovlier accent!!!

I’ve never been to university before it’s quite daunting taking on education at a later stage in your life and having learning difficulties but I was treated with respect and they took time to explain the procedure to me in depth and I understood every step of the way through the process

I approached Sight & Sound after upgrading my computer to Windows 11 & my previous version of JAWS no longer worked. The service that I received was extremely good & I would recommend them for all your assistive technology needs.

After placing my order on a weekend I was happy that my order was completed and delivered in 3 days. This included a Sunday so really just monday to Wednesday. Arrived perfectly packaged. Could not be happier with the service.

I arranged for a demonstration of the EnvisionPro AI glasses at home. The representative covered all aspects and features of the glasses in around two hours, which flew by because I was so fascinated at just how advanced these classes were capable of. Needless to say I purchased these glasses and they arrived within three days just before Christmas. which was brilliant.I’ve had chance to play about with them a lot and I’m stunned about just how much these AI GPT Google glass glasses can do to help me with my vision impairment worth every penny because my independence and confidence is priceless. Would definitely recommend these classes to anyone who is blind or has low vision impairment. Thank you Sight And Sound for your impeccable service.

I recently started my assistive technology training with Sight and Sound, and I feel that the first session has gone very well The assistant I had was really helpful and walked me through a variety of the pieces of assistive software, to the extent I now feel like I have a much better understanding of how to use it already. So yeah, I’d definitely recommend them.

I've been dealing with Sight & Sound for many years. They are always helpful, and very prompt when replying to queries I've had. Updating licences for software has always been quicker than the estimated time given to fulfill my order. They are a very reliable company to deal with.

I am still trying to work out how to operate it, the print is so small and I’m partially sighted so have difficulty with this, I’m elderly and have problems with new things. No doubt I’ll eventually work out how to get it working.
