Top quality and service, stunning kitchen
We were delighted with advice and design of our kitchen by Joe. We also liked that on a visit to our home the individual design over our boiler, however still gave us ventilation and easy access.
The kitchen looks amazing, it’s top quality and you get what you pay for and in this case nothing but the best and everything we dreamed of.

Sigma 3 Colchester Ave Cardiff
We asked Sigma 3 (Colchester Ave Cardiff) to design and install our kitchen as part of our house renovation and the finished result is absolutely fantastic.
Jose designed an amazing space with very little information from us other than a few colour and layout ideas. Matthew took over the installation management and coordination with our builders to make sure everything was in the correct place for the fitting.
The Sigma 3 fitters were very good, friendly and particular about replacing any parts with minor scuffs with little or no involvement from us. There were a couple of delays with replacement parts but this was over Christmas, so not unexpected and the finished result is fantastic. We would definitely recommend them and use them again ourselves.

Our dream kitchen achieved
Excellent from day one. There was immediately a warm welcome from Eleri for us and our dog at the Culver showroom. We only went for a browse but came away inspired and with a beautiful design by Becca for our kitchen. At no stage was anyone pushing us to proceed but we felt immediately that Sigma was the right company for us to design and install our kitchen. We spent nearly a year then awaiting planning and getting to the final design and install stage. At each visit we were greeted with the same warm welcome and our dog felt right home each time and didn’t want to leave! As our designer Becca was away, a few of the team worked with us and each one impressive and knowledgeable and helped us finalise the design to be our perfect kitchen; Robyn, James, John and Ed worked their magic to ensure I got my dream secret doors and breakfast cabinet just the way I’d imagined. I don’t think any other kitchen company does a secret door better. When it came to the install, Kris was brilliant and even accommodated my additional requests for extra storage mid way through. The quality is superb and we were drawn to the fact that the cabinets are made in Wales. 100% recommend Sigma for quality, design and service.

What a difference we are so pleased with the New Kitchen.
A few months ago, my wife and I decided to have a new kitchen installed. We bought our house over 15 years ago, and inherited the kitchen. Although the old one was in quite a reasonable condition, it was a bit outdated. So, we wanted to change it.
We are so pleased with our new Sigma3 kitchen, it has really transformed the space. I suppose the main difference is in the quality and build of the Sigma3 units. We really did not consider how much of a difference there would be. It is just amazing.
Sigma3 obviously supplied the units but without good fitters, the job could be a disappointment. Our fitters were father & son - Kevin & Greg, they were very professional and they made sure we were happy with everything when they finished. We also had a plasterer and electrician, both of them excellent. The Quartz worktop was supplied and fitted by a different company through Sigma3 and they made a fantastic job, which finished it off.
The cost of the kitchen is top end but you only get what you pay for and it shows. Hopefully, it will last many years and if we ever sell our house, it has certainly added value. They always say get the kitchen looking good and the house will sell.
In conclusion we are really happy and felt we were being looked after by Louise from Sigma3 all the way and there were no problems.

New kitchen fit
Great help with planning design and very good advice from Negar.
Very pleased with finish. Had some problems with a corner door not closing properly but after several site visits Sigma followed up closely and ensured it was all sorted for us.
Overall extremely pleased with the kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Sigma.

Reconfigured inherited Sigma kitchen.
Recently moved house and inherited a Sigma kitchen. We felt it wasn’t working for us and asked if we could have it reconfigured to suit how we use it. Joseph, Sigma designer, came and listened to us, shared his ideas, incorporated our ideas and produced a plan that didn’t involve ripping out what was a perfectly good kitchen but adding new appliances, a couple of new cupboards and a beautiful new extension to our kitchen peninsula perfectly matching the existing worktop. We were so pleased with the design that we also had our utility room fitted out at the same time. This was followed up with a visit from Louise to check installation details. The electrician and kitchen fitter were brilliant and I know that James was working in the background to ensure that everything went to plan. We cannot thank the whole Sigma team enough! The quality of the products and workmanship show in the finished kitchen and we would absolutely recommend Sigma.

Thoughtful and comprehensive design followed by a seamless installation
From our initial visit and design session with Gavin, our requirements were listened too and our vision transferred to the digital medium. The same detail and care was carried through to the fitting which was completed on time with daily updates from our fitter Matthew. In addition a dedicated project manager oversaw the process and checked in with us and the fitter ensuring a seamless delivery. Very well done Sigma and team, it was a great experience

Amazing new kitchen
Joseph at Cardiff Sigma 3 was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I changed my mind about colours and design a number of times but was never made to feel I was a nuisance. Kitchens are with you a long time so I wanted to get it right.
Although we have only a small extension the transformation is phenomenal. We are very pleased with it.

Return to Sigma
Sigma fitted our original kitchen 16 or so years ago, so we went back to them when we wanted a bit of a refresh with new doors. Joseph was extremely helpful with advice and suggestions, and what was / wasn't possible. The time between initial visit and fitting was swift ( probably lengthened because we were on holiday for weeks), and we're delighted with the outcome - it looks like a brand new kitchen. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our kitchen

As with any major project a couple of issues arose, however Sigma communicated and dealt with everything and never left us waiting for a call or assistance, they were excellent.
Barbora designed our Kitchen and gave us ideas we had never thought of. Jamie and J.P fitted our Kitchen and they were brilliant!!

Excellent from start to finish
Overall experience was excellent from first visit to the Swansea showroom to completion of the work and follow up meeting with designer once work was complete.
Designer Eleanor Hughes had good knowledge of products available to meet our needs and came up with a design that fulfilled them.
Jason Davies installation manager ensured effective preparation and installation arrangements.

A very good decision
We purchased a property which needed complete renovation and went to Sigma 3 to design, supply and install the Kitchen and Utility Room. This proved to be a very good decision. The designer (Katie) and fitter (Jamie) were both excellent. The Kitchen plan went through several iterations to get to the final design and the whole process was relaxed without any pressure. When it came to fitting Jamie did a fantastic job. We had a heat pump installed and at the design stage hadn't realised how much extra internal plumbing with pipes and big tanks would be installed in the Utility Room. This was no problem for Jamie who managed to fit the cupboards around the extra plumbing and tanks. In fact you wouldn't know what lies hidden behind those doors! Overall a great job and we would definitely recommend Sigma 3.

Great high quality kitchen
Great high quality kitchen. Emma,the designer was very helpful from my initial thoughts to the final design. The installation was managed seamlessly by David and brilliantly fitted with great accuracy and precision by Robin. I live in an old period property where nothing is level,upright or square but I needn’t have worried and was in great hands from start to completion. The kitchen exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for,top quality at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend Sigma 3.
