We have ordered 2 lunar baby cots
We have ordered 2 lunar baby cots, we ordered a second because the first one was faulty. The first one we ordered through John Lewis and the second, to make sure we didn’t get another faulty, through Natural Baby Shower. Both products have the same fault, you need to speak to the Chinese component supplier for the bed frame that sits beneath the cot. The frame has screws (which should slide into the frame rivet) on the OUTSIDE of the frame whereas they should be “in line”. ie they are 90 degrees out of place so the frame does not slide to click into place. Instead the nuts sit on top of the frame, which is totally unsafe. Bit pissed off having to deal with this one week before our baby is due.
Shocking product checks in the factory.
We will have to order a cot from another supplier and leave an honest online review.

I went to their trade show at Excel, the product looks OK but there was a women (told she was from marketing) who was incredibly rude and arrogant. I cant bring myself to spend money when they obviously feel the customers need the product more than they need the customer. Saw plenty of other products from different vendors and the gap is virtually non-existent with different vendor products so I have no clue why the silver cross team would behave like this.

I just want to say, I cannot recommend Silver Cross company more, I want to say that they rectified a problem that I had made and received an order, that I had incorrectly made, I spoke to Zoe, she re-ordered the correct item, arranged it's delivery, and the collection of my original order, all at no extra cost. Brilliant service, thankyou everyone at Silver Cross Shipton.

We bought a Silvercross Cove Bundle, this bundle is absolutely fantastic. It's designed with everything in mind. The pram is robust but very lightweight, its practical and caters to my baby's needs, my needs and my partners needs. I had to contact Silver Cross in regards to a replacement cup holder and their customer service was impeccable. The reply was so quick and my query was sorted in a matter of minutes. I work in a Paediatric Hospital and we were donated a Silver Cross Surf pushchair that i was going to gift to a parent who was in need. When it was assembled it was missing the hood. I emailed over to Silver Cross and enquired if they were still available and they confirmed that it was available and very kindly offered to send one out to the family free of charge. This has made such a difference to this family. Thank you so much we are very grateful.

Customer service went above and beyond…
Customer service went above and beyond for me, my dog chewed my highchair so I emailed to see if I can purchase a new strap for my specific chair as I could find it on the website. I explained what happened and as you can imagine I was having a bad day so was already extremely upset. The lovey person on the other end of the email sorted my query and kindly put in a request to get me some new straps completely free of charge (which really brightened my day up) !! Thank you silver cross, that lovely customer service assistant definitely made my day much better and I hope received some good karma 🙏
Exceptional product and customer service
We bought a silvercross travel system in 2022 for our daughter as we wanted a carrycot, buggy and car seat that were all compatible and integrated. We loved using the system at every stage of her development until 3 years old when we packed it away. Ahead of our new baby's arrival we booked the valet service and have been blown away by how smooth the process was (everything was collected and delivered from our home address) and the whole system has come back looking brand new! We would highly recommend this brilliant brand to anyone expecting a little one.

I am a first-time mum in Ireland and this was honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
I ordered a Silver Cross Lunar Crib when my baby was 2 weeks old because his Moses basket was already too small. I was never told it was a pre-order or out of stock. Weeks later, after chasing them over and over, I was told they were still trying to get it from the UK.
They avoided calls, didn’t return messages, and only offered a refund after I corrected their email which wrongly claimed I had ordered a pre-order item. On 14 January I was told the crib was already “halfway through” and would be with me by the end of the month, so I waited. My baby was nearly 8 weeks old and still without a crib.
The manager/owner Andrew was, in my experience, a pure reflection of how their team treated customers. He was the rudest man I have ever spoken to on the phone, showed very little sympathy, took no ownership, and made me feel like I was the problem for asking where my baby’s crib was.
The manager/owner Andrew, told me I could “take it or leave it” and cancel the order. He also said I could have bought another crib while waiting, which I found very insulting as I had bought this one because it was on sale and I could not afford to purchase another. He even said I must have wanted it badly since I waited.
Offering a €50 voucher after all of this felt insulting considering the stress, tears, and anxiety caused to a first-time mum left without a crib for her newborn.
I would strongly advise other parents to be very careful and confirm items are physically in stock before ordering. This experience was shocking and completely unacceptable for a business selling baby products.

Excellent after care experience
Purchased the excellent Motion 360 car seat in 2022. We recently had an issue with damage to the car seat and the service provided by the customer service team in resolving the issue has been first class - starting with a friendly call and then following up to resolve the issue via email once the service team had reviewed the damage. Highly recommended for both the quality of product and after care.

Replacement item…
Telephone was answered within seconds very impressed you can speak to a human being. Most companies dont even provide a telephone number which results in enless emails and generated replies which is so frustrating. None of that with Silver cross. Jenny was very helpful and gave good advise and excellent custer service .Silver cross went above and beyond they didn't have to replace my item but did. After an email providing receipt and photos and an other phone call again excellent customer service spoke to Jess. Few days later received replacement item. I will continue to purchase silver cross products and advise friends to do so because of the excellent after care service and the great customer experience I received.
