My husband Joe and I had the most wonderful time in this store -- they have unique and very cool products. Flash forward 3 years later and back in Chicago and the Simon Carter man-bag my husband bought lost a buckle. I emailed Simon Carter and sent them some pictures at the request of Malcolm Bell who responded within a day. He continued to be absolutely fabulous - not only did he locate the buckles for me he federal expressed them to me and I had them within a week at no charge! Joe actually got teary eyed when I gave him the bag (he loved it so much and had been unable to use it). Thank you again Malcolm and Simon Carter for truly understanding the art of excellent customer service! We continue to be BIG fans! Mary & Joe in Chicago

I lost a cufflink (received as a gift) whilst travelling to work. Malcolm was superb and speedy in his response in trying to assist. Really went the extra mile in retrieving a replacement from their archive as they were out of stock. Called up and spoke to Charlie who dispatched it there and then. I'm a long standing customer and it is this kind of personal service that is always available which sets Simon Carter apart. Thanks chaps!

A disaster of a company. Purchased a shirt and the color literally melted while wearing it. They didn't even want to replace the shirt. You will pay a lot of $$$ for a cheap quality stuff

Malcolm was great in tracking down the matching keeper for my Simon Carter lapel pin. Was very surprised how quick the response was to my query and the extra effort he took to find the exact match.

I bought one of their RAF bags late last year. Extremely pleased with it - it's a lovely bag which attracts favourable comment from a lot of people.

Unfortunately, one of the catches failed last week so I contacted customer service to see if I could get it repaired. Malcolm responded almost immediately. When they saw what had happened, they straight away shipped out a replacement, with a pre-paid label to return the original. Couldn't be happier.

I traveled all the way from Melbourne to get a couple more of the Simon Carter Polo shirts. The cut quality and design is awesome. I love how you add the detail with the material from your shirt collections.

Great communication and order delivered in next to no time

I was pleased with the website, the product itself and the price.
However, I had to call up to enquire where my cufflinks were, at which point I was told they must have been lost in the post.
To be fair, a new pair were sent out ASAP and I received these the next day, however who knows where the first set went.
Probably a fault of the delivery company rather than Simon Carter, but frustrating nonetheless.
The way this was resolved was impressive.
