Bought a Simon Carter branded pen from a small independent retailer in Melbourne Australia.
Part of the mechanism was a tad faulty.
Retailer did not offer to assist.
I contacted Simon Carter, LONDON and Malcolm Bell displayed superb customer service.
A replacement pen was sent to me immediately, no questions asked.
Their service was brilliant !!!

Had lost a zipper loop for a ten-year old bag. Customer service replied within a couple of hours and sent me a spare part free of charge. Excellent service!

Lost a piece of mother of pearl from one cufflink and ready to throw them away as I had had them for three years. They had a spare cufflink and sent it to me by recorded delivery the next day. Would recommend their customer service to anyone. Quite brilliant!

Simon Carter's customer service is second to none!
They respond to customer queries incredibly quickly and send out orders equally quickly. On Wednesday this week I emailed them to ask how I could get a replacement watch strap for my husband's watch. They replied to my email almost instantly. Then following a quick phone call to identify the correct strap for the watch, I had the new watch strap delivered to my house on Thursday. I cannot think of any other company that is so efficient and customer-centric. I thoroughly recommend this company.

My 10 year-old Simon Carter watch developed a problem not repairable by my local watch shop. I contacted Malcom Bell at Simon Carter London, and he managed the entire process beginning to end - shipping, repair, and return. The entire experience was professionally handled, promptly dealt with, and most importantly, successful. I now have my favorite watch back on my wrist and running smoothly. Thank you to Charlie, Alex, and Malcom at Simon Carter for the repair and great service. Not not to mention the two-day shipping of the watch from London back to Los Angeles.

my husband lost a piece of Tiger's eye from his favourite acorn cufflinks from Simon Carter. I contacted the company via email and received a prompt reply from Malcolm Bell offering to attend to the matter. Today I received a package containing a new set of cufflinks and not just the missing piece of Tiger's eye I had expected. Outstanding customer service!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon Carter and will certainly consider ordering from them again.

Bought a Simon Carter watch via Tkmax. Stopped working within 5 minutes. Bought battery for £20 next day and then watch worked intermittently! Took back to Tkmax and only got refund for watch not battery so I'm £20 down. The watch originally retailed for £150, this is far too much for an unreliable Chinese movement!

Absolutly marvelous this company really cares about getting your order right and making sure you’re happy! They truly go the extra mile, respond back quickly, as well as get your order to you fast as possible! So I ordered a watch and belt took not even 2 days to get here in Southern California. Then the belt was wrong one from what I ordered so I emailed the company and Malcom

I really like Simon's aesthetic and it is fantastic to have somewhere locally here in Crystal Palace where I know I can always buy a classy gift for male friends and family members. And the service is always so friendly and chatty. And I always try and finish off with a coffee at Dalhousie!

I have several pairs of Simon Carter cufflinks. Unfortunatly I had lost the agate body part of the bee cufflinks. On contacting them and explaining I recieved an imediate response offering to replace the cufflinks , as a repair was not an option. Replacement recieved a couple of days later. Brilliant customer service.

As other reviewers have said Simon Carter London give excellent customer service. My husband was given a pair of their 'acorn' cuff links as a birthday gift from his son. Unfortunately he lost one of the pieces of tiger eye from one of the cuff links. When I emailed I got an immediate response from Malcolm Bell who said he would mail me a replacement. I was expecting a piece of tiger eye and was just so delighted ( as was my husband ) when a replacement pair of cuff links came. What superb service.

Very disappointed!!!
Purchased a pair of boots to wear for a certain event but down to the poor service this didn't happen. Firstly they got the wrong address on the package so it got delivered to the other end of my street, luckily they knew my last name so they delivered it to the right address. Then I opened the package happy to have the boots in time only to find out that I had two different size boots, so no good to anyone. I explained this in my email to the customer service and was told it's probably easier if I contact the manager of the warehouse. I wasn't impressed with that reply and was not prepared to contact one of there employees to explain for the second time only after I said I needed the right boots sent out and a pre paid bag to send the odd ones back in did he say that's what he will do. I am still waiting for them to arrive hopefully they will come to my house and be the same size.

I have just had my faith in human kindness restored by Simon Carter. They replaced a missing pen part for me free of charge and without delay. How great is that. I look forward to shopping with them again. I love their products
