Unfortunately for American fops, Simon Carter is only available in a limited number of large department stores here. We discovered Simon Carter in Toronto, and the styling suits my husband's lean (un-American) body. He bought 2 suits and we "smuggled" them back into the States. I just ordered a garden party shirt that is covered in flamingoes and had it sent in time for Father's Day. It has great hand and is handsomely tailored. Well it might be for $160! Open a location in Manhattan or Greenwich, CT!

First time buyer at SC. The red-dial watch I bought is very attractive. The black leather strap is comfortable.The understated stainless steel case is highly polished. It perfectly accents the eye-catching combination of the black watchstrap and the red sun-ray dial. I ordered the watch on Sunday, April 12, 2015. I received the watch in perfect condition on Wednesday, April 16, 2015! It was shipped via FedEx, from England, to my home in Michigan, U.S.A. I am very happy with every aspect of my purchase from Simon Carter.

Almost 10 days after I placed my order, the item still hadn't arrived and when I queried it I was informed that it was on hold as my transaction was deemed a suspected fraud by the payment merchant.

Whilst this mistake was resolved quickly, for which I was thankful, I felt the tone of the replies I received from customer services (Malcolm Bell) was rather condescending, despite my having been inconvenienced, and rather put me off shopping at Simon Carter in the future - a shame as my husband is a big fan of the range.

I ordered some cufflinks that arrived in the indicated time. Well packaged. I also made contact with Head Office who were polite and courteous and able to answer my query, and the same again when I make contact with any of the branches, I would recommend products and company.

I have bought several things from the Simon Carter website, and all have been superb value and high quality. This product arrived very quickly by recorded delivery.

Since my husband's love affair with Simon Carter watches took hold, I have for rmany years been able to make birthdays and Christmas gifts an easy task - and I mean easy. Their selection is fantastic and different, the website goes that extra mile which enables you to look at the the products in great detail - very important when you are on the other side of the world and therefore can't walk into a Simon Carter store - and ordering is so simple. But what I love best is that the grogeous orange box arrives in quick speed every time and always in perfect condition - and that is what I count on!

The watch I ordered arrived on time and my husband loves it. Very fancy box too.

Just to share that the bracelet is exactly what I was expected and that the delivery in France was well done and on time.

Excellent customer service, I have just bought some gloves and previously some Liberty print shirts. Had a query about availability of the shirts sizes etc. rang and left a message. Was phoned back very quickly, questions answered, made to feel like a special customer. Would highly recommend.

I found the whole experience of buying gift vouchers from Simon Carter's website extremely easy, I used PayPal to make a secure payment and the vouchers arrived within the stated 2-3 day deadline.
The only criticism I have is that there was no option to change the delivery method which was stated as first class post. It did not state that the envelope containing the vouchers would need to be signed for and our neighbour had to take it in for us when it could quite easily have been posted through our post box. I think having an option for signed for or special delivery should be included for ease of delivery options. Otherwise - a really super service - thank you!

I ordered some cufflinks and received the delivery abroad in less than 7 working days. Simon Carter confirmed the purchase and the shipment date. The product arrived in perfect condition thanks to the excellent packaging.
