I ordered from the website in December for a Christmas present. Immediately after ordering I contacted the company using the email address provided and received a response within ten minutes! They advised that my order would be dispatched the following day. I received the order within just 2 days with plenty of time until Christmas! The watch was nicely and very securely packaged. Very impressed and would order again.

I've ordered a pair of cufflinks and I'm very happy with their quality.
Helpful customer service and very quick delivery too.

I had a couple of hiccups but Malcolm and Wendy, were absolutely brilliant in helping me! They were so helpful and did everything in their power to ensure I have the perfect birthday present! Malcolm was speaking to me during the weekend and Wendy even drove to London from Brighton just to personally deliver the items to me - on her day off!!! Thank you SO SO SO much!

I ordered and paid for a watch on December first on the Simon Carter website. The shipping details said 1-2days. A week later I emailed to ask about the whereabouts of the watch as it was intended as a birthday gift. The reply said the watch was out of stock and it would ship the following Wednesday. I cannot understand why the website did not say the watch was out of stock, but instead took my money and left me uninformed. When the following Wednesday came the watch didn't. I sent another email. No one replied. I then phoned and was told the watch would arrive Friday. I finally received the watch on Monday 15th December long past the birthday in a scuffed Simon carter box. It looked like I had bought the gift in TK maxx. I would have been much happier if the website had simply said out of stock, or if they realised late someone should have contacted me to say so and perhaps offer a refund or another watch. I should not have had to chase a watch that I paid for 2weeks previously. Please address your website and customer service training

Wonderful shirt but only average online communication

Shirt for my boyfriend is brilliant quality and fast delivery. Needed to send it back because it was too big and it was all dealt with efficiently and quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a shirt for my husband. My delivery came whilst I was at work and a card was left by the delivery company. By mistake I threw the card away. I contacted Simon Carter and within 10 minutes they had contacted the delivery agent and re organised the delivery for the next day. Excellent service, and would recommend them. They dealt with the matter swiftly. No answer machines, no foreign call centres,all dealt with by English speaking employees. Thankyou.
