I purchased the compact corner toilet. A great solution for a small area that I turned into a powder room in the basement of our home. Shipping was prompt and the product were significantly sent in two packages that protected the unit from damage. The quality of the product seems very good I would buy again.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING!
The customer service was OUTSTANDING!! Due to rough handling by the carrier the pump arrived broken. I did not discover it for several weeks because other projects came up but they stood behind their product 100%. Within 3 days I had a new pump delivered to my door.

Arrival and condition fine
The macerator toilet arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition. I have not installed it yet, awaiting bathroom construction scheduled for June. i have every expectation that it will perform as advertised. Stay tuned for a later update.

Simple Project were great to work with! I didn't realize the product I chose had such a long lead time (in small letters on the product page, make sure to look closely for it). When I approached them to cancel they made every effort to find what I needed and shipped immediately so I had it within a week of ordering! They texted and emailed to make sure we connected. I ordered one medicine cabinet and…then bought another!
I ordered one medicine cabinet and liked it so much I purchased another one. They’re beautiful mirrored INSIDE and out and my friends and the guy that installed them wer jealous. The 36” x 24 was wall mounted and the 36”x30 is recessed..I can’t recommend them enough!
