Tires were shipped separately after being listed as “next day shipping” I received 3 tires next day but the 4th didn’t arrive until 2 days after the first 3 tires. I had to reschedule my mounting appointment 3x. The thing that bothered me the most was all 4 tires shipped at the the same time from the same warehouse in Ohio.

I'm writing this review to warn everyone about the horrifying and dangerous experience I had with Simple Tire. I purchased four tires from them, only to discover they were FOUR YEARS OLD. This isn't a fluke; it's their actual policy to sell "new" tires that are up to four years old. After less than 1,000 miles of driving, the two front tires SEPARATED on the highway. This isn't a minor issue—it's a catastrophic product failure that could have killed me.
When I tried to get a replacement, the "exchange process" was an absolute nightmare. They demanded a mountain of pictures and information, all while telling me it could take UP TO 90 DAYS for the manufacturer to get back to me. They string you along with endless email requests, clearly trying to wear you down until you give up. It feels like a deliberate strategy to avoid responsibility for the dangerous garbage they sell.
Simple Tire doesn't care about your safety. They will sell you old, defective tires and then abandon you when something goes wrong. If you value your life and the lives of your loved ones, do not, under any circumstances, buy tires from this company. Save yourself the stress, the danger, and the horrific customer service. NEVER BUY TIRES FROM SIMPLE TIRE.

Easy to use website. Great tire selection! Quick delivery. They notified me when my tires were shipped and what the tracking numbers were so I could easily follow my order.

Always easy to order and quick to deliver

I am beyond frustrated with my ongoing experience with SimpleTire. The customer service representatives I speak with are dismissive and unprofessional, and the process for handling my warranty tire replacement is moving at an unacceptably slow pace.

I blew out my tire on July 24th and filed a warranty claim the very next day. It is now August 11th over two weeks later and I still do not have a replacement tire. My warranty claim was approved on August 4th, yet when I call SimpleTire this morning, I am told the tire still hasn’t even shipped. This is absolutely ridiculous.

There is no excuse for this kind of delay, especially for something as essential as a tire replacement. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and overall indifference to my situation are unacceptable. I will never order from SimpleTire again, and I will make sure others know about this awful experience.

The prices are good but the delivery is a horror, they sent me the order incomplete and today is 7 days after the purchase in which they promised 1-2 days of delivery but here I am still waiting for the delivery of the two remaining tires of the order.

Love the delivery time, kept me updated. Tires arrive early then expect will continue shopping at Simpletire.

You all said my order would be to my doorstep in 2-3 days. Ordered on a Tuesday last week. As of Saturday my order had not shipped. That is piss poor business

It was refreshing to work with an honest tire company after being ripped off by Gigga tire with a bait and switch. I will be back for any more tire needs with this low priced honest tire company. I wish I had read the reviews on tire company's sooner as I could of avoided the rip off.

AWFUL!! I was promised one day delivery for 4 tires. Got two of them and it’s been 7 days since my order and the other two are lost in transit!!!! I can’t get anyone on the phone or chat. I want a refund or an order reprocessed asap! I needed to change out my tires before a road trip this weekend and it’s not looking like I will be able to and have low pressure in one!!! I am SO upset

I have ordered several times from this website and i have always received the product. The price is decent as well. The shipping is always delayed when buying from the website directly, they offer 1 to 3 day shipping for free often, but the shipping takes 7-15 days. When i use walmarts website to order from them they always honor the shipping schedule. The website offers klarna and affirm as payment options but does not allow me to use them for payment, I have attempted to use those payment methods on my last 2 purchases and ended up using a credit card both times.

Agent was very nice and helpful but I’ve not heard any word since the conversation with her about my tire order status. Where is my tire shipment?

Don’t walk, RUN! Awful customer service after ordering 4 matching tires, and recovering two different style tires- none of which were what I ordered! BUYER BEWARE!

It's been over a week since I placed my order. The tire has yet to be shipped out. SimpleTire policy is: you cannot cancel the order after 30 minutes of purchase. I have not received any updates regarding my order since I purchased the tire. $360 for a single tire. It appears that I have been robbed of my money. Why they don't list items as unavailable, is inexcusable!

I ordered 2 set of tires and they came 1 set was wrong and I want to send them back and get the correct set but they still want to charge a $80 restocking fee and I can get the $80 back after I purchase the correct tires. All they had to do was discount my order for the $80 upfront but said I have to wait on the $80 to come separately
