I bought tires from simple tire three years ago and now they are six years old and my dealer will not repair the nail in the meat of the thread of a tire because he says they are too old and show dry rot. They only have 15,000 miles them.
Simple Tire sells tires up to four years old. That can be a problem.
Reading a lot of reviews this seems to happen a lot.

The tires were the cheapest I could find them anywhere through you all and got quick delivery but unfortunately it seems these tires have been sitting in a warehouse smashed down on top of eachother and they are pressed in and can’t take air so I have to find a way to stretch them out

Shipping was fast, quick and painless. Also received it for a great price however, I am unhappy when I have received my tires. I have realized that they are dated for year 2022 so these tires have been sitting for at least three years. Ultimately I had no choice as I really needed to replace these tires and put them on. I may be reluctant to purchase from the seller again. We will see.

The Web sight was easy to navigate an the ordering process was simple and painless. But the very best thing was customer service hands down one of the best I've ever dealt with no longer drawn out process truly a blessing this day an age.

Well, thought this would be a good option instead of going through a shop and paying their extra fees for tires, apparently not. My installer informed me one of the tires were bad and they could not get it balanced. I took the tire and rim home, got on simple tires chat And sent them a message. I needed to just exchange a tire and they said that I needed proof that it could not be balanced. I already had to take a day off work for this now I’m going to have to take another day off to take it back to the shop to get them to provide a copy stating that they cannot get the tire balanced before I can return it. Now my truck is sitting on a jack stand in my driveway and it’s adding extra time to me not having my truck on the road. What should’ve been a simple tire exchange is now going to add Multiple days to my waiting for another tire. This should not be an issue but yet it is. I originally gave 2 stars but have moved it to 4 because I finally got my replacement tire. I still think the exchange of a tire should be made easier so because of that I cannot give full 5 star.

The tires are horrible. I’ve literally put 100 miles on them and have to replace them

Arrived in 3 days. Tires were exactly as described & pictured. Will definitely be ordering 6 more.

Purchase tires, advertisement says it ships the same day. It’s been two days and it still hasn’t shipped. $20 return fee for each tire. Cannot stop the order even though it has not shipped. You actually have to wait till they ship and then return them. The company does false advertisement. It’s a joke. Never do it again.

Tire prices were good and the site is very easy to navigate. Where it went wrong for me:
The tires were supposed to arrive on the 3rd. Shipping label got messed up and postponed a day. Ok fedex’s fault. At this point I dropped the car off at the tire installer as the tires were supposed to arrive the following day. Simpletire must not have selected that these tires were going to a business (although they should have because I selected for the tires to be installed and shipped to installer) so fedex attempted to make a delivery at 8:30. I reached out to fedex myself after simpletire telling me there was nothing they could do. The fedex agent said she would leave instructions for the driver to deliver before 5 but with a morning preference as this was a business they were shipping to. Driver made the delivery at 6:30pm. Fortunately the location was still open. Simpletires remedy prior to the successful shipment was the reschedule for Monday. At the point my car would have been with the installer for 6 days.

I was a little nervous buying tires online from a company I haven’t heard of, but their prices are great, shipping is fast, and their Chat service is great! I highly recommend SimpleTire, and I love the tires they sold me!

I bought a set of 4 tires on their website only for them to cancel claiming they do not have them in stock. Well I found 9 of them listed on eBay by SimpleTire. When I called customer service basically said the order could not be fulfilled because it would not be profitable. In other words they listed them for less then there cost and would not honor the sale.
