Had a small bathroom renovation, went through all fittings in details and personalised to how I liked, very friendly during meetings and excellent service when I contacted them with queries and requests. The fitting itself was brilliant, thrilled with my service.

We were very pleased with the finish of the bathroom. Craig how fitted the bathroom was polite and cleaned up when he finished each day.

From initial quote to finished bathroom the guys at Simply could not be faulted.We would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

Overall Simply Group were great!! My biggest issue was having so many difficulties during a recent extension & renovation & Barty took this on board & reassured me. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they done extra little unfinished jobs for me which were a huge help, but the most important part of this process was when something didn’t go to plan (we have an old farm cottage), they took ownership and put it right without any hassle. After our recent experience, that was more important than anything else for me. I would highly recommend Simply Group!! Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either and you get what you pay for.. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

This is a professional company who thinks of everything to make getting your new bathroom as easy as possible. From quotation, customer service to final fitting we've had a great, friendly and professional experience. They may not be the cheapest overall but you definitely get quality.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent from the initial appointment with Barty to the fitting of my Bathroom. The communications with Debbie and Stacey were really good and the Bathroom Fitter was really helpful and professional. I am really pleased with my bathroom and would highly recommend them.

This is well overdue. Had my bathroom installed September 2024. Should have just went with Simply Group from the start rather than looking elsewhere. The work carried out has been fantastic. Everything that I’ve asked for has been done. They covered all aspects of the job from the plumbing to the electrics, so no reliance on other trades to come in. Any issues that occurred was dealt with. My house was an old Victorian house so I had some challenges that they sorted out.
Could not be more happier with the outcome of the bathroom.

We have recently had our bathroom renovated with Simply Group. From the initial appointment with Barty, to the fitting of the bathroom, right through to the after care, we can’t fault this company. They kept us updated throughout and had the whole job completed within 4 days including removal of all the rubbish. They have a very good after sale service and finish the job to a very high standard.

When our shower enclosure fell apart just before Christmas we struggled to find anyone willing to fit a replacement. Simply got in touch after I advertised the job through Rated People and they were really helpful and professional from start to finish. Great communication from the office staff, home visit from the estimator and quick job by the fitters. Would definitely recommend.

Over the moon with our new bathroom fitted by the team at Simply Group. From the first consultation with Barty to the installation by Erin and Josh, and Debbie who kept me updated throughout, it was all a very smooth process. The lads were lovely and very professional, keeping me informed when there were slight changes needed to the design, leaving our home clean and tidy at the end of each day and answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent aftercare service. We had an issue with our shower which Simply Group had installed. Could not be repaired, they replaced the shower at no cost to us and also replaced a spotlight.
Friendly and efficient service from all involved and good communication.

From the initial meeting with Barty to the bathroom being finished was nothing but a professional standard throughout. The fitters Erin and Josh were fantastic, they kept mess to minimal and cleaned up after every shift. The bathroom was finished to a high standard. I can't thank Simply Group enough.
