From the start Barty of Simply Group struck me as an absolutely genuine person and furher impressed with his straightforward, highly competitive pricing packages. He has vast knowledge and experience of bathroom installation and was able to give me sound advice when required.
The products supplied were of excellent quality and design and installed by Erin and Josh of Simply Group. These two men were friendly, helpful and highly experienced in their field and literally never stopped.
I am delighted with my new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simply Group to anyone. 5* service.

Barty and his team were fantastic from start to finish. VERY professional even down to the fine (important) details. They came when they said they would, conscious of our family, dust, noise etc during the fit. They kept us informed throughout and any questions were answered quickly. 100% recommended. We will be booking them in for out next job.

Very happy with the whole process from design to fitting. Every member of the company we came into contact with was friendly and professional and offered expert advice where needed. Very polite and approachable team of fitters. Bathroom was fitted in the time quoted with minimal mess which was cleaned up each day. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We had our bathroom installed in September by Simply Group. I can not express how happy we are with the finished job. The lads worked so hard to make sure we were happy with every aspect. One happy customer here.

Great experience of Simply Group. Work we had done required removing tiles flooring of walk in shower, making good the rotten floorboards and replace with new shower tray and flooring. Had quite a few plumbers come out and not be prepared to take on job as either a)too difficult or b) not a full bathroom re-furb. Barty came out, have great appraisal of situation and different options to resolve. He was personable, honest and inspired trust. We went ahead with the work, the two lads who came to do the job, Josh and Kieran, were very efficient, polite and tidy, a pleasure to have in the house. The job was done to a high standard and looks great. Would definitely recommend and use again. 5 stars from me. 👍

Excellent service from quote right through to finished job. Great communications so I always knew what was happening and a very fair price for the work.

This is my 3rd install from the company. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the bathroom you want. Every installer who has worked on my property has been professional, courteous and had sound product knowledge. My recent install was carried out by Erin who went above and beyond answering my many questions. Thank you Erin it was a pleasure having you in my home.

We had a new bathroom fitted, and what a great experience it was. Job was done in 5 days to a very high standard at a very good price. Extremely happy overall. There's a saying "you can please most of the people most of the time, but you can't please all the people all of the time."
Well, this doesn't stop simply group trying to please all of people all of the time..they really put the effort in.
Special mention to Erin from the fitting team, who really went above and beyond for us.
If I need future work, we won't hesitate to use again..

Just had 5th bathroom done by Simply. As usual a top quality job. Office and fitters very easy to deal with and quick to respond.

We had Simply Group in to do a bathroom and conservatory roof. From start to finish they were on the ball, Barty and his team were a pleasure to deal with, everything that was promised to be done, was done and a few extras as a favour. Barty and his son done my bathroom and I have to say it’s absolutely gorgeous they did not disappoint. I got exactly what I wanted and more they were so professional from start to finish and there wasn’t one hiccup. They done that good a job I also got them to do my media wall(Barry’s brother Alan ) and again absolutely perfect. They are in the middle of transforming my old shed into a guitar studio and it’s looking amazing . I honestly could not recommend this family run business enough nothing is to much trouble thanks so much guys your all absolutely amazing

Once again they did not disappoint. After previously fitting us a new bathroom and toilet room we did not hesitate to have our kitchen/ family completed by them.
The work was done to a high standard and was fully kept up to date what was happening when. All rubbish was taken away and everything left clean and tidy.
Family and friends have also used Simply and had great experiences.

Have had our bathroom and toilet room completed last week. Both rooms are unrecognisable. The standard of workmanship is very high and they worked in a clean and tidy manner. Bought my own accessories which they fitted for me. Danny was very professional and in these uncertain times I very at ease having him work in my house.
From coming out to give us a quote, ordering want we wanted and the work being complete was hassle free. Debbie kept us up to date with everything we needed to know.
I will be asking them to come out and give us a price for our kitchen. 5 star work and service. 😊😊

Simply group would not recommend as work not up to standard.Had a problem with a few snags they were rectified until a crack appeared in the bath they were keep saying it was a scratch until we got we got someone else to have a look .After that Barty came out and himself it was a crack Barty full of patter saying when the jobs were done he would come and the work that did not happen the work is iterrible been left with jobs not finished as I was accused shouting and using abusive language which I did not . Barty and Debbie customer service is terrible. PLEASE don't use Simply group

We would like to thank the full team for their professionalism this week.
They have completed, removal and installation of cloakroom and en-suite to an excellent standard and a quality you can only wish for.
Would not even know you had builders in as their housekeeping was as important as the installation.
So pleased they are now booked to return end of January to do main bathroom.
I would highly recommend their team to anyone looking to upgrade their bathrooms etc.
