An excellent company providing real value and a proper service. Delivery to Ireland is fast (2 days) when the suit was too large the return was hassle free, and to an address in Ireland which was great. I would highly recommend this company, they seem dedicated to providing a quality product and service. 5 stars.

I have purchased several items from Sirri for my sons. The suits are great quality. My obly suggestion would be better packaging. We pay decent prices so I feel the packaging could be better. Suits should come in garment bags. I will continue to purchase from Sirri. Great auits for my 2 teenage sons and toddler son.

I paid for items that were never delivered (Order No:000043987). SIRRI services are very bad. The delivery company claimed the item was picked up by me when I actually did not do so. I have given them evidence that I was not in the UK at the stated time. The customer service provides no assistance, just forwarding messages from the delivery company. I am highly disappointed. My first ever experience of buying things online, yet no product for it.
The tracking data said the item was collected in a local DPD store on Sept. 3. I had left the UK on that date.

Unfortunately I can't leave a zero star review.
Ordered 2 boys suits for an event 10 day proir. Delivery date came and went and still no suits. Contacted them to be told they were out for delivery.
Still never arrived.
Contacted them another 4 times and each tike was told it woukd arrive in time.
The day before I finally got through to talk to someone. Was told she's rung the warehouse and a replacement was being sent express delivery, to be delivered by 1pm the following day (the day of the event).
This cane and last and contacted them again through online messages.
Was again told that it was out for delivery (this is the day of the event).
Managed to find out the DPD parcel number, only to find it hadn't even been sent!! They hadn't even reviewed the parcel!!
Why not just say we can't get it to you and give us time to source a replacement?
Since my original review, we have received far better communication woth this company. And although nothing will change disappointment of what happened, they have made a generous offer to rectify this issue.

Good quality wing-tipped shirts for a 13 year old. Dispatched quickly and shirts were exactly as described.

Beautiful made and very good material. The downside was it was small in size( 1 wear outfit)
Great customer services as ordered age 7 & 8 for the size. The age 8 just about fit and had to return the size 7. Took several days to get a response to email sent, but when they did they were very apologetic. Would order again .

2nd purchase from SIRRI and it was a fantastic experience. Our boys loved everything about their 6 piece suits and they fit perfectly. The brogues are well made too at a good bargain.

A regrettable experience with the company unfolded as they provided a lie regarding the dispatch of my order, causing considerable inconvenience on the eve of a family wedding. This resulted in a last-minute scramble around London to secure a suitable replacement. Regrettably, attempts to communicate via their phone lines proved fruitless, and the customer service team's effectiveness was notably lacking. I would strongly advise seeking alternative options to spare others from similar predicaments.

I had a seamless speedy delivery from the point of order. Upon receipt I was very pleased with the quality finish and material of the boys suits I had ordered. They have an excellent customer service. They come highly recommended for value for money & quality. I will be using them again for sure.

They sent the wrong item, wedding too close to wait so emailed, no reply and then took the chance and ordered the correct size and guess what!! I paid, email next day say we have sold out of the size you want so we've sent you bigger! Why, just issue the refund!!! Better still don't advertise stock you do not have in!

I ordered this tux for my son’s communion a week before the date. I contacted the store afraid that it would not be possible. But Lena made it happen, it arrived the next day from the UK to the US. I was so excited and felt that the suit really completed the day. l will be ordering again soon.

There is nothing negative I could say about this company.. speedy delivery of extremely high quality products. Excellent customer service. I'm so glad I found this company and I will 100% use them again and I 100% recommend them.

I brought a shirt for my son it is really good material and perfect fit for him. I ordered a week before Holiday and was worried how it's going to be and how do I bring it to the party( Switzerland). Then I sent an email to them they replied that they had already sent it on that day I have received the item and I am happy with the product. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants the quality and reasonable price to buy party clothes. I will definitely use this website again.
