Order never delivered. Skip doesn’t even give you a full refund. Waited 45 minutes for my food to find out that the driver delivered it to a different house. I tried to message the driver multiple times and he wouldn’t answer. No clue where the house in the picture was, definitely wasn’t mine. Be cautious. If skip wants to improve their horrible ratings, maybe improve your customer service, or require messaging verification before a driver takes off.

I places two orders. One for kfc and one for pizza for a birthday party at 5. I double checked both orders and both said delivery st 5. The kfc order was delivered at 1:30. Spoke to skip and they said that the order was for asap. I advised that I checked the order before placing and they said there was nothing that they could do. People are coming for a birthday party at 5 and will have cold and old food. No help from customer service and receipt only shows the time ordered not the requested time. Will not be ordering from them again. Sooner pay the high gas costs to get it myself.

I placed a simple order today for a small pizza and a 2L Bottle of 7-Up. The courier arrived without the 7-UP. The courier told me they just take what they're handed at the restaurant. In other words, they have no idea what they are supposed to be delivering and thus arrive at customer's doorsteps with missing items. I contacted customer service and they told me that couriers can't know what's in the order so they can't tamper with it. THAT IS IDIOTIC !!! I demanded a refund for the pop and a refund for the service fees. They refunded the pop but not the service fees. I am finished with SKIP. This has happened more than once and they are completely incompetent and don't value their customers.

I dont get these clowns. Carry the bag under the arm and the food in the other arm. Put the food in his vehicle and walked to the next fast food place and 5 minutes later appeared with a second bag. They should be forced to use the bags to keep the food hot.

Placed a $60 order through Skip, it didn't take long for the order to arrive, however $20 of the order didn't even make it. On top of that there was someone else that had ordered something from the same place that was included in our order. Missing items, order completely incorrect. I understand the order accuracy is on the restaurant but if the order comes with drinks and they still don't deliver I feel some of it is on skip too. Contacted online customer service to report the issue with the order, the representative wanted a picture of the order, I'm on a PC at the time. Told the rep this and he said without the picture of the order he couldn't help me. Not the first time we've had issues with missing items. Chances are the drivers are helping themselves to some food at the expense of the customer. Can't confirm this obviously, but what I can confirm is we won't be using this service ever again. 50/50 chance your food arrives cold, and another 50/50 chance your order is wrong or missing items. Save your time and money and just get it yourself.

My dad ordered like 100dolars worth of food in there app the shipped the fk good to somewhere else the wrong danm address now he needs to go find the food he called to ask they told him they had ship it my dad was sitting on the front door they where not there so they basically live it somewhere else they didn’t even want to give in his full refund he still out there trying to find the fk food my sister is hungry and he already spends money because we didn’t want to cook stupid app 🫵🏽

Placed an order online with Skip and on the online tracker showed driver Gurjit going to the location to start shopping, then suddenly it switched to delivered all under 5 minutes time.
First it is impossible to receive then shop and deliver in 5 minutes.
This is theft pure and simple.
Contacted customer support via text and texted with Abhijeet who first said would refund a would have to wait up to 10 business days for which is unacceptable. He later committed to refund in 2 hours. Waited the 2 hours and no refund. Contacted customer support again and they said agent ment it would take them 2 hours to process the claim and would still have to wait up to 10 business days for the refund.
They lied and tricked their way.
This isn't a simple reimbursement for a substitution but a complete failure to fulfill the order.

placed an order at walmart, courier didn't read what i wanted correctly so the total came out more thank goodness i had extra formula for my daughter, they did not follow directions will never use this service again

Customer service will waste your time. On average it takes 6-10 minutes to reply per message, in the app help section. This seems intentional. Customer service reps don’t read or respond to concerns appropriately. Points feature is useless and despite ordering frequently no points accumulate. I think I’d prefer to order from the restaurant directly and SKIP using skip-the dishes. My time is valuable too and skip doesn’t seem to honour that. I’ve had this experience many times and will be permanently deleting this app.

Started off my fault I sent home address instead of work. contacted driver told him extra $5 for my mistake,which he was okay with. He texted me back about 3 minutes later saying COMPANY would not allow this. Contacted support which also could do nothing. my delivery instruction are hand over in person,somehow they were able to complete this part. (not to me). No way of fixing, no credit to account, nothing. so basically I paid over $60 received no product. If I tried this it would be considered theft or fraud

I was sent a personalized E mail at 9:30 AM offering a 50% discount with a "JUNOS" code. Sounds wonderful! Got people together for dinner got the order organized and placed the order at 4 PM, to ensure in worked as it did say it was "limited". And the discount was not applied and was no longer valid. Instead I was given a 12% discount. About 1/4 of the advertisement. How many of these JUNO discounts were given out? A small handful? Smells like a classic "Bait and Switch" to me.

I have used skip the dishes quite often, but each time it keeps getting worse. Tonight my order was incomplete, it was cold and the delivery charges were very high. The only thing I got was a refund of $7.97 for a soup in skip the dishes money. If the order isn’t wrong, it’s cold or it doesn’t show up at all. Terrible service - would suggest you go elsewhere.

Rating should be zero stars. I placed a $33.60 food order, including a 15% tip, and the order was not delivered. It was a simple order from Chipotle, to a house that was extremely easy to find. We never received any delivery confirmation, just a survey to rate the driver.
Despite multiple attempts to communicate with customer service, Skip The Dishes refused to refund my money. There was no way to speak to an actual agent - only chat bots and email. I received an email saying that due to the high number of refund requests made they would not acknowledge my refund or communicate any further about the issue. I made one request for one refund, period.
So essentially the driver stole our order and we are on the hook for paying for it. This is just unacceptable, and the customer service I received was absolutely terrible. Do not use Skip The Dishes.

Highway robbery, 90% of my order affected cause of them implementing couriers having more than one order at a time so food arrived cold and soggy and only gave me a 50% refund, skip USED to be great now they're absolute thief's

They charged me 29.22 for a bag milk. Lakhwinder (the driver) was asked to cancel the order twice while he was still in the store after said 2 out of 3 of my items were not avail. Customer service promised a full refund then refused to honor it.
Stay clear if this company!!!

$15 tip to this pos driver deliverer.
He has ONE simple task/ job which requires ZERO brain and STILL he messes it up!
The driver rang my doorbell to say my food was all over the trunk in his car as the bag got wet so he can't deliver me any food.
Skip the Dishes refuses to refund me.
They have lost me as a customer for life and I am giving them bad word of mouth all over the City and internet and BBB etc. Next step is a lawyer [ a friend]

Delivered to wrong house and only credited me half my money

We ordered $103 worth of food...wrong ordered was delivered. Skip would only credit $87 and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. So to reorder cost me $16 more since Skip was difficult even though it's their platform. Garbage customer service and waiting for dinner over an hour late.

If I could give a 1 star, I would. Not only did it take 1.5 hours to get our food, it arrived cold. When tracking, it looks like the driver went the wrong way, then made 2 stops. When he delivered to our door, he didn't even have a thermal bag. Was given a gift card....but I won't use them again!

Awful service very bad delivery drivers don’t take direction at all will never use then again
