Incredible team
Huge thank you to Livia in your Gatwick South team today. She has given us back our holiday. She was calm & incredibly resourceful in helping us find & secure flights when our flight was cancelled. She found a way to lock in flights, seat us together, & still look at prices. At speed. And when our own airline said they had no space. Thank you so much

Flights were cancelled at Heathrow airport it obviously made for a very chaotic time. It was very difficult to find people to help. We were so lucky to have been helped by Charlotte. She was so kind and helpful she was extremely professional it made an unpleasant experience less stressful she is an amazing employee a real asset to Skybreak. We can’t thank Charlotte enough for her patience and assistance
Misinformation and robbed by Sky Break
I would not give a one star.
On Friday the 7th October I was travelling to Uganda, but was refused entry on the site lane, because I had the wrong covid test abs had to take arrange a PCR test. I went over to the Skybreak desk and were informed the test will only take an hour and I can get the result and had to pay them first. It appeared to me the two ladies did not have a clue what they were doing and kept passing me a white plastic board to write on. I asked them twice if they were sure the result will come in a hour after taking the test. They said yes and I was charged £15 surcharge and £85 for the PCR test. I was then told to go over to terminal 4 to the test center. When I got there I was informed that the information I was given was incorrect and it was for a 12 hours for the result, I was then charged an extra £129 by Express Test.
I would like a full refund from SKY BREAK and the complete misinformation that cost me unnecessary expense

Temi was an absolute Gem! she was so helpful and helped me re-book my flight and a hotel room while I was completely exhausted and experiencing horrible anxiety. We missed our flight due to the London train strike and not able to get an Uber or Taxi. We almost made it but 30min to late. Although we could have gotten cheaper airfare I really did appreciate her help.

I arrived in tears and stressed to the hilt having stupidly missed my flight to Italy for a meditation retreat of all things. My desire fir a last minute Starbucks just overwhelmed me so I missed it by 3 mins! Anyway she calmed me down, found me another flight, organised cheap travel to Heathrow from Gatwick. Seriously Temi was totally amazing!!!

My destination! I was so worried and was reassured plus my phone put on charge! Thank you! However what a regret that my re booking made with with Aer Lingus did not work as Aer Lingus IT system was down and so ticket had to be refunded and this cost me extra £50 as ‘admin fee’ kept from my refund, but not my fault that Aer Lingus system was down, I think this should not have happened, me paying for Aer Lingus IT dysfunction…

Easyjet had delayed our inbound flight due to technical reasons and were not very helpful in rerouting us to Spain. We came across the sky break desk Gatwick North terminal. Livia was amazing, we would never had got sorted and made it to the wedding if she hadn't been so helpful. Thank you livia

Mark at Gatwick was incredible, I missed a flight and he was comforting and was able to find us a great option and we ended up coming home the same day thank you so much for making a stressful situation so much easier to navigate

Minnie provided an amazing service. I understand this is new and how useful was it. We were totally stressed had an amazing trip organised that we had to catch up with. Minnie sorted out visas on super quick time and found replacement flights. Nothing was too much trouble I just don’t know what we would have done without her help. Massive thank you.
Melisa was an absolute gem
Melisa was an absolute gem. My flight departing from Vancouver to London was 1.5 hours delayed. I had a stop over in Calgary where I boarded the plane to London. After being in the air for over an hour, the pilot announced that there was a non-compliant passenger on board and as a result, the plane needed to turn around and go back to Calgary to remove the passenger. The police boarded the plane, removed the passenger, and we left Calgary again 3 hours after the original departure time.
I landed in London Gatwick where I was scheduled to leave on a plane to Portugal 2 hours later. Upon landing, I attempted to check in to my flight (easyjet). The easyjet website told me there was no record of my flight. I ran across the airport trying to sort out what was going on as I did not have any email notification from easyjet of a cancelled flight. I got to Flightbreak and asked Melisa if she had record of the flight. Her system came up blank. I asked her if there were any other flights out I could take that same day. She told me there was one more flight but that it would be over £440 - double the cost of my easyjet ticket. I asked her to check if there was a cheaper flight out of heathrow which she happily did, but no luck. I bit the bullet and bought the ticket - Melisa was really relaxed and very sweet - she also put up with my corny dad jokes while she was booking.
She then told me she would check me in as well so that I wouldn’t have to deal with it. On a full day of travel nightmares, I could have just hugged her for that if it weren’t for the plexi glass barrier.
I was so grateful for her help. She was amazing and was exactly the type of person you want to meet in a moment of crisis. Very calm and collected.
Thumbs up Melisa! You’re a rockstar and should ask your bosses for a raise because you do an amazing job.

The Best! Livia - SkyBreak
I recently had the unfortunate experience of being left stranded by QANTAS Airlines stuffing up a booking on a code share flight from London Gatwick. The good part of the story is that it was a pleasure to be served by Livia at the SkyBreak desk at Gatwick. I cannot praise her professionalism enough! She went well beyond my expectations in sorting out the several problems involved and was able to secure the last seat on an Emirates flight, helped me to complete a new quarantine immigration document, all while serving several other people who had far more urgent issues than mine. She was incredibly patient with everyone, and many people were stressing in the extreme. I was so impressed!!
I cannot recommend Livia and SkyBreak highly enough! BRILLIANT!!!
