Customer services were really communicative, which I wasn't expecting, and we were reunited with our 'lost' items successfully.

Our flight was cancelled shortly before we were supposed to fly and since we weren't properly informed about what options we had,we were pretty much stranded at our airport. That is until we were told to go to Skybreak to get help. And help we did get. The lady that helped us out was an angel and one of the most patient and nice person I have ever met. Elize helped us book our next flight aswell as manage us through getting to the right airport and online checking us in. Without her help I'm sure we would have had quite the unpleasant experience.
So by all means I can only recommend her and wish the best.

We missed our flight from Gatwick. We came to Skybreak desk for help . We have been served by Livia who was really helpful and managed to find us another flight . Although it was a bank holiday and the airport was really busy, she did all what she could to help us . Thank you.

On June 6, 2023, Cristina from the Skybreak desk at Gatwick lent me her phone as I had no other way to download my train e-ticket. She was great and I'm grateful. I would have missed my train otherwise. Please can Gatwick provide a terminal or other device with internet access to traveller's whose tech breaks down. Many thanks, Cristina.

Livia went above and beyond to help us find a new flight home, wrestling with the airline’s super complex processes to ensure we could get a good deal. She followed up promptly and gave us all the information we needed, with no extraneous details.

We had missed our flight to Glasgow and had a very upset teenager who was desperate to get to a Celtic game. It was an incredibly stressful situation, Ebi went out of his way to get us on a new flight and up to Glasgow. Livia was looking up train times to see if we could get a cheaper flight from another airport. We decided to fly from Gatwick and Ebi did a wonderful job of getting us booked and through security. We was booked in and on board within an hour, Ebi and Livi absolutely saved the day! Nothing was too much trouble for Ebi he went above and beyond for us, such a kind man, an absolute credit to your company.

Temi was supportive and knowledgeable in helping us, despite the shortcomings of booking through a third-party app. While she didn’t necessarily have to, she offered countless solutions in getting us to our desired destination. To top it all off, she checked us in and found us the best rates possible.

My lost item was recovered and delivered intact.

Excellent personalised service got me out of trouble where a third-party-provider and airline had put me in the position of trying to purchase new tickets and were both unreachable. Livia was knowledgeable, thorough, caring, trying to save me money at every turn and in the end insisted on going one step further, got to the root of the problem. I got to get on my original flight, in good time, at no extra expense.

The woman there was very helpful, she was amazing!
She answered every question I had, she helped me out when I had got myself into a bit of a mess and I was really stressed.
She was friendly, polite and just pretty much saved my life 😄😄😄

These angels helped my find my favourite shirt that I had left on the plane. A month after I submitted the form I got the lovely news. Item was fedexed to me. The process was really transparent about the cost and smooth and easy in terms of steps

I would like to express my sincerest thanks to a young lady called Minnie. Having arrived at check-in only to discover I needed a visa for Kenya, in the ensuing panic I then managed to apply for a visa using a suspect/fraudulent website.. Minnie came to my total rescue! Applying for the visa for me & really going the extra miles in sorting my very unfortunate position, Minnie you are a star & thank you so very much! I will always be so grateful for your professionalism, kindness & the outstanding job you did for me. Thank you!!

I would give 10 stars if I could for the help I got from Livia at Gatwick! Having missed my initial outbound flight and been obliged to buy another the airline was insisting that I had also lost the right to my return flight. Livia was tireless with contacts by phone and email until she got a green light and I was able to travel.
