Edit! Still not heard anything from either Peter nor the new file handler. Definitely being fobbed and I’m going to have to take this further.
I had a car accident in May 2021 and it still hasn’t progressed. I’ve been passed from solicitor to solicitor with still no outcome. This whole process has caused me more stress and anxiety than the actual accident. I’ve been sent to two different psychologists as the first one was struck off so couldn’t be used in court. I went to a second one earlier this year, 3 years after the accident and as somebody with severe anxiety found this extremely difficult. I’m now getting no response off my solicitor, I must have sent 5 emails now and tried to contact over the phone. I think now it’s been over 3 years I’m going to have to look somewhere else for negligence of this claim. Initially they were great but this is just unacceptable.

Great service, great outcomes
Thanks to Linda Taher at Slater and Gordon my long and winding case was settled to my satisfaction, she chased this case involving a European national with no UK car insurance hitting my car, until she got the settlement I required, I would recommend using Linda and her team who kept me updated at each stage of the process.

4.4 stars no chance, Avoid.. Find a local solicitor do your research these are useless..
Guarantee they will reply on here, that's about it.. Ongoing case since 2019 had 5 different solicitors since then.. Other party has accepted liability twice and they still can't sort it out.. Clueless

Dealt with slater & Gordon around 2020…
Dealt with slater & Gordon around 2020 basically was hit from behind and left all in the good hands of the above solicitors. Went through medicals then after years of seeing the status of my claim was told by this joke of a solicitor firm that they had a conflict of interest and offered only for me to find another firm. Contacted numerous firms but was too late. Would never recommend these at all, did nothing but waste my time.

Never use this company they took nearly 4 years to complete my case which was a straightforward one, and charged me for treatment out of my own compensation money to say I’m disgusted is an understatement never again very very poor service

Been waiting 6 months now for an…
Been waiting 6 months now for an appointment from slater and Gordon as part of my claim I’m 17 months deep and can’t get any further forward. Avoid this company if you want to be able to speak to someone regarding your claim this is not the company to use. It’s impossible to receive any response as either by email or phone. Call the number and you will not EVER be able to speak to anyone if you are really lucky you might get a call back in a few months. AVOID
