My claim took nearly two years to complete from the start no communication for months I sent a lot of information of the accident from my point of view but got no response I put a lot of detail in the email it wasn’t until another solicitor took over it was only then things started to move also I had a conversation with Wendri over the estimate of the claim see was very nice but I felt that I wasn’t getting any wear so ask to speak to a supervisor put my feelings to him thankfully the amount was hire than the estimate

My case went on for 3 years
My case went on for 3 years. I had Michael Keith Craig Warren and Chloe Pridmore handle my case and each person got better as they went along. It was fantastic to finish with Chloe who was intelligent, detailed and took on the unenviable task of understanding an old case 2 years in..she was fantastic, understood what was needed and handled it effortlessly. She negotiated the legal process,.my expectations professionally and kindly. She is certainly top in her field and I would imagine in line for promotion..running a department with Chloe's skills and knowledge would be very fortunate for Slater and Gordon.

2 01 2022 What can I say waited nearly 2 years for a claim inwhich the the other party have accepted liability , for then to be told my case has been transferred to Carpenters which I'm still waiting anouther 6 months Slater and Gordon should have there licence taken away there customer service are rude ,spoke to the manager and he said it was un acceptable that this case hasn't been dealt with I would never deal with these people again
Absolute nightmare

Happy Overall, Anne-Marie - Take a bow!
It truth my case was not without its complications during the process. I experienced a number of changes in case handler and was met with periods of miscommunication. Once made apparent, it was dealt with appropriately and addressed at the time of my frustration, effectively and through the appropriate channels.
My case really gathered focus and control when it was passed to a wonderful approachable lady by the name of Anne-Marie. She dealt with matter with the upmost level of professionalism and transparency that you truly deserve in client relations. I cannot fault her willingness and drive to conclude my case throughout. I cannot thank you enough for your support and guidance. I am thrilled that my case was drawn to a successful end to relieve the stress and me to move forward.
I would definitely recommend the services that Slater and Gordon Offer.
Don't be afraid to use the automated booking service for queries about your case when you need too. Be sure to mention this to your case handler as this was not initially disclosed at the time of my case registration (minor details really).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Waited 4 years and 3 months for my case to come to an end. It’s started well with regular updates via email and phone calls.But once Louise Maloney took on my case it was down hill from there I made a complaint about the lack of communication but was completely shut down and given exhausts says my case workers on annual leave. It’s very hard just to ring them up and speak to anyone AVOID AT ALL COSTS plus the 25% of your compensation is way to much for the level of service you require
