I purchased a sofa bed with this…

I purchased a sofa bed with this company and within 6 weeks, the frame had snapped in half, it is what is expected when something is not made out of strong materials, but it was made out of cheap plastic and cheap wood. After the initial frame snapping, it was replaced even though i requested a new sofa. The frame has snapped again and i have no contact with the company as ALL of its UK branches have been closed down. No contact, i have chasing and emailing since October/November last year, nothing. A company that sells defective products CANNOT be allowed to trade and deceive customers.

Sleep8 - no UK contact info

Purchased a Sleep8 bed frame and their iSense mattress. While delivery was on time and they set everything up.
I was dismayed to hear that Sleep8 no longer operates in the UK. I now have a warranty issue and no contact information, the email on the uk website suggests an email address that no one responds to. I am now stuck with a very broken and expensive bed frame and no recourse.

My £2000 sofa arrived damaged, I was assured a replacement was being sent…I’ve now been ghosted by the company. Phone numbers don’t work and no one responds to emails.

I purchased a Grether & Wells mattress…

I purchased a Grether & Wells mattress and Sleep.8 bed from the Bluewater Sleep.8 store, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, we had delayed in the bed arriving late this should have been the first red flag, to us.
This was then followed by our complaint on the mattress which we repeatedly raised concerns about the mattress, which has caused serious back and posture issues for both myself and my wife, leading to ongoing chiropractor treatments. Despite several visits — 10th May, June, and 31st July 2025 and then finally in August 2025— to test replacements as advised, I never received any response from customer services.
Two weeks ago, I discovered the Bluewater store had closed without any notice. Now, Sleep.8 has gone into administration, leaving customers like me with faulty, unfit-for-purpose products and no recourse or support.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose — but Sleep.8 has failed to meet these obligations and has left customers stranded even with warranty purchase with the company
This has caused us significant distress, financial loss, and ongoing health problems. I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from Sleep.8 or its associated brands until there is clarity on consumer rights and aftercare.

S C A M never again

I ordered king size bed with double seated sofa in Westfield Stratford but never received it. Spent almost £2700 and was told no refund is given even though I never received a thing.

I am reaching out to seek assistance. Sleep8 has gone into administration

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a recent purchase I made from Sleep8, which has turned out to be quite problematic.
I purchased a bed and mattress at a very expensive expense ( £4,413.00), unaware that Sleep8 was facing administration. Unfortunately, there was no notification prior to my purchase about any potential issues with the company's status, which has left me in a difficult position.
On the scheduled delivery day, the handyman refused to take the headboard upstairs, citing that it wouldn’t fit. Additionally, he also declined to assemble the bed, which has forced me to incur extra costs for hiring someone else to complete the job. To add to my frustration, some essential assembly equipment was missing, making the situation even more challenging.
As a parent, I have concerns about the safety hazards posed by the bed and mattress being left around the house, especially with young children present. Unfortunately, since Sleep8 has closed down, I have no clear way of contacting anyone for an exchange or refund, which is quite distressing.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice you could offer to help resolve this situation.

I purchased a sofa bed

I purchased a sofa bed. The customer service provided was incredible. The delivery went very well and many months later I can confirm the quality and comfort as well as the size of the sofa bed is excellent. I have heard they are now in administration which really is a shame.

After 1 month a fault was found in our…

After 1 month a fault was found in our mattress. A replacement was finally ordered... then on the day delivery was due the van broke down...then I got an email saying the replacement has been damaged in the warehouse....I asked for are and was told they would get back to me, next thing I get an email saying I cant have a refund as they have already ordered a replacement. Now I can't get through on the customer service line and my emails are being ignored. Very poor service and I no longer beleive what they are saying. Never again will I buy from Sleep.8!

Stop press... Now they are telling me that they cannot give any refunds as the company is in administration! Steer well clear of this organisation

Perfect from start to finish

From the showroom to delivery, everything was perfect. We were treated with respect all the way through. Our house is really difficult to get such a big mattress 3 floors up, but the 3 lads that delivered did a wonderful job. Kept calm and showed respect to our house throughout.
I would recommend them to anyone

Appalling service

When purchasing the bed, the shop sales personnel assured us that the delivery and assembly team would also disassemble our old bed, for which we paid an extra sum. To our surprise, on delivery, the guys told us they would absolutely not disassemble any previous bed. This resulted in us having to reschedule the assembly and having our place clogged with all the components of the new bed, in the meantime. Poor service, overall, at a not-so-reasonable price.

Absolutely 5* for customer service at the Bluewater store in Kent. No pushy sales technique just a genuinely lovely guy who was incredibly sympathetic as I recovered from a two day migraine and was looking for some comfort and relief.
