wonderful sales team
the teams both in store (Tottenham Court Road, Stratford) and on the website WhatsApp Chat were amazing - lots of helpful advice and information, everyone went above and beyond to help us make the right decision for us, and I never once felt pressured to purchace, nor was i upsold in an an agressive way. It really felt like everyone i spoke to just wanted to be helpful and for me to have all the information i needed to make the best decision for my situation.
The whole experience was easy and refreshing...I hope the bed will be as comfortable as the purchasing experience was!

Very bad costomer service!!
Very bad costomer service!!! Ask for update regarding my order after 5 weeks and been advice 6 weeks waiting for the order or if I want a refund. Ofcourse I want the item as it is on sale i waiting and then I've been advised to wait again for another 8 weeks. They don't give updates on what is happening or whatsoever!!!!

Very disappointing
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sleep8, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. In December 2024, I ordered three Sleep Tech items as gifts for a family friend. Unfortunately, Sleep8 failed to deliver on their promises, as they have done in the past.
Firstly, the delivery process was a nightmare. Despite ordering well in advance of the holiday season, the items did not arrive on time. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but their responses were slow and unhelpful. They provided vague updates and no concrete solutions.
After weeks of waiting, I finally received a refund for two of the items, but the third item is still undelivered after four months. I have continued to contact customer service about the missing item, but they have not provided any satisfactory resolution. Their unwillingness to resolve the issue is incredibly frustrating.
Overall, my experience with Sleep8 has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is abysmal, and their inability to deliver products in a timely manner is unacceptable. I would not recommend Sleep8 to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

Best bed EVER
We got really excellent advice in the shop and plenty of time to try out all the options. The bed was delivered in less than four weeks and assembled by the delivery team. The mattresses we bought are super comfortable and the motorised base is fully adjustable to any position, which is going to help me with my sleep apnea.

Excellent customer services
We are extremely happy with the customer service we received from Sleep8, and particularly from Rebecca Sulisufi who has been an absolute star while dealing with all of our issues. Unfortunately, we had to return the bed mattress due to defects made in the transport, but are more than satisfied with the sofa bed and bed frame.

No sign of mattress 7 weeks after order
Ordered a mattress mid feb, was told 4-6 weeks manufacturing time and will be notified when it arrives in the country! (Thought they were UK based)
Guess what 6.5 weeks later, no sign of mattress.
Have emails and have received replies but no explanation, other than to call asap they tried to call. No missed call my end.
When you call no one answers and you just leave a message. Absolutely pointless service, such a shame as when I visited the store in Stratford, they were super helpful and seems legit.
I wouldn’t bother with this company if you want your new bed anytime soon.
Still waiting to hear why I haven’t received my order.

I ordered my new sofas from them and…
I ordered my new sofas from them and the people that came and put the sofas in place did not mantle the sofas properly and now i’m having long term issues with them even though they are brand new. Sofas already got damaged after a couple months. Had an inspection they did not replace my other sofa that was not mantled properly on the day of arrival. Very bad customer service, never purchasing from them again.

Extremely awful service and defective product
I purchased a sofa from Sleep8 during their ex-display sale, which offered a 60 percent discount. The sofa was in very good condition at the time of purchase. However, after the delivery, I noticed it was damaged. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed the product was in the same condition during the sale and that I should have checked it before buying.
The customer service team is unwilling to either refund me or arrange for a collection of the damaged sofa. They have stated that I should simply cont
I am planning to escalate this matter further. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend anyone purchase from them.

The guys who delivered my new mattress…
The guys who delivered my new mattress were amazing! So polite and although they had to trundle up some stairs, they did not moan about it.
They took off the plastic wrapping and put my mattress on my bed, it was very heavy!
