Bought a S23 ultra from this company via eBay and it arrived as described and on time. Everything has been working well for the past month or so and I have no complaints, I bought the phone, it arrived, and it works fine. There's not much more you can really ask for.

Due to the rip off prices for new phones I decided to search for good quality used Samsung S23 Ultra. After doing my research and reading various reviews, I decided to buy from Smarttechtrade. What a result! I did go for the best quality used phone and basically I have got a new phone. Pristine condition - not a mark or scratch and with perfect battery life. I have saved over a third of the cost and will never buy a new phone again.

I bought from this company because of there good reviews and 12 month warranty There warranty is NOT worth the paper it’s written on lf you think phones vital parts are covered they are NOT I have now moved to Apple who offer a far superior warranty and customer support service than this lot My advice stay clear and save your money

I'll admit I was nervous about buying a used phone off an ebay seller. I'd been trying to buy a UK S21 without any success (tried an online seller and 2 amazon sellers, they all sent non-uk phones!) so when I found Smarttechtrade's listing for UK phones I was relieved. They left me positive feedback as soon as I'd paid and said to contact them if there was anything I wasn't happy with. I replied explaining I'd been sent 3 foreign phones and just want a UK one, they immediately replied saying their phones are UK.
It arrived the next day, perfect condition and UK phone 🇬🇧🥳 12 month warranty too.
They even provided a contact telephone number in case I had any issues.
Perfect experience! I'll definitely be using them again.
