I would not recommend SmileNeo based on my experience.

I ordered a set of retainers and was clearly told they would be delivered within 10–15 business days. Because my teeth had already started moving, I emphasized that the order was urgent and requested that it be expedited. The team acknowledged my request and assured me they would do their best to speed up the process.

Unfortunately, despite more than a month passing and countless follow-ups from my side, I still have not received my retainers. For anyone who has undergone orthodontic treatment, you'll understand that retainers are not something that can be delayed indefinitely without consequences. The delay has caused significant concern as my teeth have already started shifting.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of proper customer support. There is no phone number to call and speak with someone directly. The only communication channel is the in-app chat, where responses can take time and updates are often vague. As a customer, I felt completely powerless and had no way to get a clear answer or escalate the issue.

Now, after waiting for over a month, I have been informed that my retainers have arrived at their Dubai clinic and that I need to collect them myself. I live in Abu Dhabi, and at no point was I told that collection from Dubai would be required. I placed the order expecting delivery as promised.

The most disappointing part is not just the delay, but the lack of accountability and proactive communication throughout the process. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks to receive updates on an order that was already overdue.

If you're considering SmileNeo, be aware that delivery timelines may not be honored, customer support options are very limited, and resolving issues can be extremely frustrating.

My experience with Smile Neo has been extremely disappointing and misleading.
Smile Neo initially scheduled an appointment for me at MedVed Polyclinic to evaluate my suitability for invisible braces. During the consultation, Dr. Madhurya conducted a 3D scan and clearly assured me that my protrusion (38°), bite, and alignment would be corrected through the treatment, resulting in an improved smile.
Based on this assurance, Smile Neo later confirmed a treatment plan involving 17 trays over approximately 170 days, claiming it would fully address my dental concerns. I was shown a 3D preview, which appeared convincing from the front view. Trusting their representation, I proceeded with the treatment and made payments in stages (AED 2,500 + AED 1,950), against a total treatment cost of AED 6,400, including retainers.
However, upon closer inspection of the 3D preview, I noticed that the side view showed no correction in protrusion-the primary issue for which I sought treatment. When I raised this concern, I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation. Instead, responses were vague and inconsistent.
After beginning the treatment and using a few trays, it became evident that there was no improvement in protrusion. At this stage, I was informed that additional trays—and additional payment-might be required to address it. This directly contradicted the original assurance that my condition would be fully corrected within the agreed treatment plan.
Further concerns arose during my interactions with Dr. Manali Joshi from Smile Neo. When questioned about the lack of protrusion correction, I was told that protrusion is not part of “straightening teeth.” This explanation is misleading and contradicts basic orthodontic principles, as protrusion correction is a fundamental component of such treatments. Despite this, I was still encouraged to continue the treatment.
Additionally:
• No key assurances were provided in writing
• The treatment plan lacked transparency from the beginning
• Critical limitations were not disclosed prior to payment
• Communication was poor, including being provided with an incorrect email ID
• Follow-ups were either ignored or met with vague responses
Smile Neo initially claimed that corrections would be made if the customer was not satisfied. However, after I started the treatment, this commitment was not honored. They neither provided a proper solution nor offered any refund.
Overall, what was promised verbally did not match the treatment plan, 3D preview, or actual results. Important information-such as the exclusion of protrusion correction-was never disclosed prior to payment.
Due to the lack of transparency, accountability, and results, I was left with no choice but to discontinue the treatment. This has resulted in a significant loss of time and money.
I strongly advise others to exercise caution before proceeding with Smile Neo.

Clear and easy to follow app. Retainers did as advertised and results were great. Would recommend.

موعدي كان في عيادات الدكتور هشام شاهين ، مع الدكتوره شيرين ، ممتازه اعطيتها خطتي ومشكلتي السابقه وفهمتني ونبهتني على كم شي وشرحت لي كيف اتواصل لو حصل مشكله هذا غير تعامل النيرس الموجودين قمه بالرقي من الاستقبال الى خروجي

مبدئيا نظرتي فاقت التوقعات وارتحت مره وان شاءالله اوصل لنتيجة مرضية🙏🏻..

You will not get the results they promise you, lack of professionalism with the Dentists they will assign to you. Terrible communication, they will change your clinic multiple times. I do not recommend

I HAD AMAZING SERVICE despite the last days responses after finishing my treatment. Everything else was great

It is good and helpful
The most important is the support team who help to get my needs and reply to my questions. Maybe sometimes not accurately well about the shape of teeth before getting the retainer
In general, they are very good and wonderful with a good offer

الى حصل قالوا تعالي خذي قياسات ونركب التقويم بعدها على طول رحت ودفعت ٢٥٠٠ دفعت كاملة وعندي صوره للدفع بموقع مايكو والدفع من الراجحي
ماوضحو لي انو لازم اسوي علاجات العصب كلها والعصب يبغا له بجت وفعلا طلبت منهم استأنف الدفعات الى ماخلص علاجات العصب، وجلست اربع شهور على حسب راتبي اعالج العصب شوي شوي

وطلبت ارجع اتابع معهم رحلة علاجي بدفعات ميسرة لاني انفصلت من دوامي قالو ممنوع تكملين الرحلة قبل تدفعين دفعات عاليه الى هي ١٩٠٠ وتخلصينها كلها وبعدها نبدأ رحلة علاج !!

والان مو قابلين اكمل رحلة علاجي ولا استردادالفلوس الى حاجزينها من غير تقديم خدمة وهي ٢٥٠٠

واكلمهم مايردون والمنسقة روفيدا اكلمها ٢٠ مره ترد مره وحده وتختفي

My complaint is about the Jeddah branch of Myco. I was seeing a follow-up doctor at Abraj Al-Badriya Clinic with Dr. Raneem Shaker.

They told me to come for measurements and get braces fitted right away. I went and signed up for 2500 SAR, even paying the full amount upfront. (Image of Myco website and payment via Al Rajhi Bank).
They told me that I needed a full course of treatment, and that the nerve treatment required a full course of surgery. I asked them to reduce the payments until I finished treating the symptoms, and I spent four months managing the symptoms gradually, depending on my salary.

I asked to continue my treatment with them in installments because I had lost my job. They said I couldn't continue until I paid two large installments of 1900 SAR, and that I had to pay them all before starting the treatment!

Now they're refusing to let me continue my treatment or refund the 2500 SAR I paid due to their failure to provide the service.

I've tried contacting them, but they haven't responded. I've tried calling the coordinator, Rofida, 20 times, but she's been hidden.

I need someone to resolve this urgent issue.

I would agree with a recent post: This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They hound you and promise you the best experience before you pay.

There is no formal complaints department - they don't give you proper instructions and there is no way to get your money back after you've paid.

DO NOT go with them. My colleague has gone with Basma and they are much better.

Even the dentist they refer you to:SMC are very unprofessional and abysmal.

So far my worst experience in Saudi. Don't be persuaded by the sales reps (Sawsn).
Once you make your first payment, you have to chase them for every single service. Their customer service is abysmal and the doctors don’t listen to you or your concerns until they see for themselves. They provide you with many numbers to reach out to but answer NONE of them. Every single mobile number and email I’ve had from this company has ghosted me, INCLUDING the chat on their failure application. This is 100% a scam of a company and they will let you down. Do NOT purchase anything from them.

Finished my Smileneo treatment and very happy with the results. The support team were always very responsive, and they have a good network of dentists. Would recommend.

I recently completed my teeth alignment journey with Smile neo Company, and I’m happy with the results. From the beginning, the process was smooth and professional. The consultation was clear, they explained the treatment plan, duration, and costs in detail.

I decided to try this aligner company after hearing good things about their convenience and affordability compared to traditional braces. The treatment process was fairly straightforward – the scanning and delivery were smooth, and the aligners themselves were comfortable after the first few days of adjustment. I appreciated being able to track my progress without too many in-person visits, which saved me time.

Overall, I think this is a good option for people looking for a more flexible and discreet alternative to braces, but it’s important to manage expectations and be consistent with wearing the aligners to get the best outcome.
