So bad never deal with them. I did transparent alligners and they sent video for my plan different than the real one results , do nothings, they care about money only. Cheater and liars

INVISIBLE ALIGNERS PROVIDED A CONVENIENT YET A GREAT IMPROVEMENT TO MY SMILE. THE AMAZING THING IS THAT NO ONE NOTICED THAT I AM WEARING ALIGNERS BUT AFTER THE FIFTH OR THE SIXTH SET, PEOPLE NOTICED THE IMPROVEMENT.

I was scared that the entire process would be futile or that the end result wouldn't be as promised but I am glad to be wrong. I've finished the aligners for my lower jaw and the results are brilliant. Currently on the penultimate set for my upper jaw too.

Also the communication via the app and phone check ups has been excellent and staff has been very helpful.

The great experience was the result. 120days I was wearing my aligners continuously with 1, 5 h break while eating. My problem was the gap in my front teeth. But after completing the treatment I saw amazing results. All my teeth are aligned in a beautiful way. And also the most convenient thing is that you don’t need to visit a clinic everything is online (app) and chat where you can share the result (photo) every10 days. Very easy to wear not visible and hygienic in terms of cleaning and maintenance. The team itself is very helpful and professional they keep me updated and check every step of my treatment. Thanks

صراحة تجربتي مع سمايلنيو ممتازة ، وحتى بعد انتهاء القوالب الاولية ولم تتقوم اسناني العلوية بشكل كامل صنعوا لي قوالب جديدة استكمالية ، وانا الان متبقي لي فقط ثلاثة قوالب لاسناني العلوية واكمل جميع القوالب .
وللعلم اني فقدت القالب النهائي للاسنان السفلية واتمنى ان توفروا لي واحد بديل باقرب فرصة وشكرا

Before I came across smileneo, I tried another company and after they assessed my teeth they replied to me a few days later that I am not compatible with invisible aligners. The only thing I'd suggest people do is be prepared for.and understand what using invisible aligners involves. The treatment takes a fair while to complete, and you will have to adjust your routines and habits to accommodate them. The results though, are totally worth it.

My journey with Smileneo has been nothing short of exceptional. With 14 retainers, each to be worn for 10 days, my teeth gradually aligned beautifully. The support from Team Smileneo and the doctors was consistently friendly and reassuring. Their dedicated application allowed me to update my progress every 10 days with pictures, receiving valuable suggestions from the doctors along the way. This interactive approach made me feel involved and informed throughout the treatment. I'm thrilled with the results—my teeth are now properly aligned, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Smileneo not only delivered on their promise but exceeded my expectations, providing a seamless and effective solution for my dental needs.

The process from start to finish has been excellent. The initial interaction with the team was great, they took time to explain the process, each stage of the treatment and how to fit and remove the brace each day.

The first stage of the process was a full mouth scan, this was a very easy process that included a wand taking 100’s of photos of your teeth / mouth - this took around 10 minutes.

Once the scans were done, they prepared your brace plan - this was sent via email and you could see the stages of the braces and how the treatment would progress, brace by brace.

Once approved, they bring you in for fitting. This includes installing small ‘buttons’ on certain teeth - although this seems strange, it was relatively quick and painless. After this they show you have to install each brace and how to remove it.

During the treatment I had a few of the buttons come off the teeth, mainly because I was removing the brace wrong - I simply booked an appointment and the team replaced them, free of charge.

All in all the process has been great, and I’m happy with my new smile!

I had metal braces at another clinic for about a year to get ready for my wedding day, but I didn't see any changes. After waiting a couple of days, I received a 3D scan showing what my teeth would look like after treatment. I decided to go ahead with the treatment. Long story short, I felt like I had the most beautiful smile on my wedding day, even though my treatment isn't finished yet. Wearing the aligners made my teeth look whiter and shinier in photos. My doctor, Dr. Razan, was always responsive, calling or messaging whenever necessary. Their mobile app also helped me stay on track with my aligners. Overall, I'm really happy with the ongoing results and highly recommend Smile Neo's services.

I am over the moon with my journey so far! As a busy lady in Dubai I put off getting my teeth straightened at the fear of not being able to make regular appointments, I then found Smileneo where I was able to go for one easy appointment and then a first fitting.. the rest was a breeze! I am nearly at the end of my top teeth and can see great results with 12 more to go on my bottom… The ease along with the cost is a no brainier and have already recommended to friends and family….

تجربتي مع سمايلنيو ممتازة ولله الحمد ، بدأت مع دكتور في العيادة واخذ لي اشعة وبعدها كلمتني الدكتورة رزان وشرحت لي كل شيء بالتفصيل وتحمست ابدأ، انا مشكلتي كان تقدم بسيط في الفك العلوي وبالفك السفلي عندي تقدم لسن واحد بس وكنت مترددة هل التقويم الشفاف يفيد ولا لا، لكن والحمدلله المدة ما كان فيها مبالغة ابداً والنتيجة مقارنة بالمدة المحددة ممتازة وهذا اكثر شي كان مقلقني ان بعد الانتهاء راح احتاج اجدد القوالب لعدم وصولي للنتيجة المرضية لكن العيادة درسوا حالتي بالضبط والمدة كانت متطابقة مع النتيجة.
لاحظت فقط المتعب النظافة ولكن لاشك أنه اسهل من التقويم المعدني.
الدكتورة رزان كانت دائماً متواجدة لأي سؤال واشكرها انها استقطعت من وقتها للاجابة على كل اسألتي.
بعد الانتهاء من المدة المحددة تم التواصل معي لشرح الفرق بين المثبت المتحرك والمثبت الدائم وتم تحديد وقت الاستلام

The team is well dedicated and use of advanced technology. There is a proper system to monitor the progress of teeth. The aligners are quiet comfortable and easy to remove.
I am very much satisfied with the progress of aligners.
