كانت تجربة ناجحة و تم تنظيم خطه علاجية منظمه و مرتبه وتم بداية المشوار و كانو متابعين حالتي اول باول مع كل قالب وتم الانتهاء من الخطه العلاجية وطلبت منهم تصحيح سن بسيط و تم التجاوب معي و تنظيم خطه علاجية جديدة و نفس الاهتمام و المتابعة اول باول معي و تم الوصول النتيجة المرضيه جدا بالنسبة لي

بالبداية كنت مترددة وخايفة من الاونلاين ، لكن لما جربتهم صرت انصح اللي حولي متعاونين وصريحين وجودة الريتينرز عاليه ووصلت للنتيجة اللي ابيها بفترة قصيرة ولا تسبب لي تسوس او اي ضرر لاسناني مثل اللي يسببه تقويم الحديد، بكل أمانه تجربتي معهم رائعة وتجاوبهم سريع وشفت ترتيب اسناني خلال كل فترة التقويم قبل ما اركبه من الموقع تبعهم بصورة ثلاثية ابعاد تخيليه وفعلا كانت الخطوات والنتيجة نفس ما شفت ، والعيادة اللي متعاملين معها كانوا برضو كويسين
بشكل عام شغلهم احترافي وانصح فيه بالذات اللي خايفين من اضرار التقويم الحديدي يسوى يندفع له مقابل أن اسناني اقدر أنظفها براحتي مو زي التقويم الحديدي

Smileneo help me get a more confident smile. I haven’t felt this good about my teeth in a very long. I think some things that could help the company is a better communication through the app. Many times I went without hearing from the dentist but everything end up working out. Being an expat I was able to work with company to ensure I got everything I needed before returning home. I enjoyed the picture update and the kit and tools that came with my aligners.
