العملية كانت سهلة وسريعة من البداية، والتواصل واضح واحترافي، حسيت براحة في التعامل وما واجهت أي تعقيد.

أخص بالشكر الأستاذة رميثاء على حسن تعاملها، لطفها، واحترافيتها العالية، اللي فعلاً خلت التجربة سلسة ومريحة.

أنصح أي شخص يبدأ معهم، حتى خطوة الحجز الأولى تبين مستوى الخدمة 👏🏻.

My teeth are little bit misaligned so I decided chose Smileneo after randomly finding it on the internet. The clear aligners were comfortable, discreet, and gave me visible results quickly about 3 months, without pain or hassle. The entire journey was seamless and handled with great professionalism, starting from the first consultation through to receiving my final aligners. Communication was clear and consistent, and I felt well taken care of at every stage. Smileneo turned what I thought would be overwhelming into a simple and stress-free experience.

I’m grateful for the confidence you’ve given me in my smile. This has made a real difference in my everyday life and self-confidence. I would strongly encourage anyone who’s unsure to go for it — it’s never too late to achieve a smile you’re proud of!

was the best treatment plan , I was fried to get more than 6 month treatment but i get best result in just 4 month ! and a good price
now I'm in last step of treatment and can't be more happy

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. My aligners were delayed by over 3 months, despite full payment being made. They initially offered me a discount to cover up the delay, only to later demand the remaining amount—threatening not to deliver the rest of my aligners unless I paid. They never even shared a complete dental plan with me, and after completing the treatment, I still have visible gaps in my teeth.

What’s even more frustrating is their unresponsive and careless customer support. Getting a simple query answered takes ages, and scheduling an appointment feels like begging. Before payment, they’re extremely nice and responsive—but once they get the money, they completely stop caring about you.

Do not waste your time or money. I strongly advise against using SmileO. Go with a more professional and customer-oriented clinic. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely poor customer service. I was supposed to receive my second batch of aligners a month ago. No one in the company can tell me when I would receive them. No one contacted me to tell me that the shipment was delayed. I contacted several people several times and the response was they will contact me when it arrived, yet no one did. It's been more than a month since I had to change aligners. They simply don't care. They took my money and now just stringing me along.

I had a really disappointing experience with Smileneo. I started my treatment 5 months ago with a great doctor, but unfortunately he left the company. After that, everything went downhill. There was no communication, no one followed up with me, and I had no idea who my new doctor was.
Once the treatment period ended, I didn’t get any information, the app just said my treatment was finished. I had to figure things out on my own. After chasing them for couple of days, I finally got an appointment with a new doctor, who didn’t know me, didn’t have my file, and gave me wrong advice. She removed my attachments when she wasn’t supposed to.. and I had no way of knowing that. This affected my results.
Luckily, I managed to get in touch with my original doctor outside the company, and he helped me with proper advice.
Overall, this company is a mess. No proper support, no follow-up, and the staff is unhelpful and rude. I would not recommend it to anyone.

للاسف النتيجة مو نفس الخطة ، وخدمة العملاء ماصاروا يردون بعد ماخلصت خطتي !
