Long story short ... Ordered a suite which was delivered after 12 weeks ... Great ... Until when it arrived it was the wrong colour and fabric

Was advised by a 'Manager' that the wrong one was delivered by mistake and the new one would be here in 2 weeks ( this was May ). The proceeded to order the 'right sofa' without telling us there was a problem without telling us it would be a further 12 weeks. At this point options should be given.

Escalated to Head Office ... Apparently 'Emma' is the most senior person in there' not long in the role and apparently there is no escalation point after her.

Agreed a £250 compensation as gogw due to the fact a 2nd hand sofa had to be obtained as the original one was disposed of when we knew the sofa was being delivered.

Imagine a disabled man having to sit uncomfortable... Yes they apologised but an apology hasn't rectified and constant delays and being fobbed off.

After finding out 2 weeks ago it was delayed until at least end of Sept an alternative sofa was selected. Not the sofa of choice but one that fit and could be delivered the next day to ensure comfort.

We have since found out the real reason why the sofa was delayed and it WASNT because the wrong order was processed OR because it was delivered in error.

Might not surprise you that 'Emma' is now ignoring ALL emails regarding the agreed compensation.

Spoke to Ombudsman this morning. They have advised that Sofa Superstore havnt signed up to be part of the scheme ( this straight away rings alarm bells )

This company is NOT governed and before you part with your hard earned money please look at the reviews .. When things go wrong they cant communicate by phone its all by email ( if your lucky to be given and email address) and even then they pick and choose when to respond.

The worse company we have ever dealt with and needs regulating.

Terrible service! Placed order Feb 26 at Burnley, paid in full £3.5k, told in June that they had 'missed' the order and then had to wait until 13/08/26 for it to be delivered late evening - wrong order! Trying to find contact details, complaints department is a total nightmare as they do not seem to publish these......

Joanne was fantastic, very helpful to every last detail. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely experience here at the Warrington store! Garry helped us out so much we came in with no idea of what we wanted but he helped us with the best recommendations! We bought 2 sofas and a bed at such a reasonable price! The store itself is good vibes and everyone is very is kind and friendly! Will be recommending to friends and family.

Joanne at Warrington was really helpful , no pressure to buy and had wonderful knowledge of the product we needed

We recently purchased a sofa from the Bolton branch. The staff in the store were lovely however we have had nothing but issues since having our sofa delivered.
It came on the correct day (Friday) but missing multiple components. We was told they would come out Monday to fix it. Then we received a text to say they would be out Wednesday.
I then get a phonecall Wednesday at 4pm (private number) to tell me the drivers don't have the tools to sort our couch so wasn't coming. They offered us Friday to sort it and I disagreed and asked them to come Thursday.
Thursday comes.... no show, no communication or anything. There is no phone number to contact the store which is ridiculous and we are left with only 1 of our 2 couches are even usable.

Max was so helpful, he helped me with whatever I needed and whatever I wanted it was no stress for him.

We had a great experience. Michelle was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful.

Spoke to Gary for buying a sofe he was very helpful and cheerful with a good side banter he was brilliant to deal with

Great service and assistance from Joanne and Gary nothing was too much trouble sorted us a great snuggle chair and cushions thanks again.

We visited Warrington Sofa Superstore this morning for two single beds .Immediately we were greeted by a member of staff called Joanne, she was very helpful and showed us which beds were in our price range and good value for money .

Garry F was brilliant very knowledgeable with all products was able to tailor and give recommendations based on our needs highly recommend!
