Nous avons eu un avarie à la livraison. Un panneau était brisé. Nous avons immédiatement soulevé le point avec photo à l'appui au service à la clientèle et ceux-ci nous sommes revenus avec certaines options. Nous avons choisit l'option du remboursement et cela a été fait très rapidement. Nous avons aussi commandé une batterie supplémentaire et il nous l'ont envoyé sans frais d'expédition supplémentaire. Excellent service.

You guys gave me a discount. The only place u guys need to work on is posting proper shipping updates.

The biggest problem is I don't know how to setup batteries for propper use with your inverter charger ..( I know how to connect leads but if the rest is not done right it will fail..

The product was delivered with no damage and all my question were answered before purchase. One thing I would recommend to the company is to please check your wiring on the PV disconnect box (solar power store version) before shipping. My product was wired wrong (backwards) and would have caused a major electrical problem if I did not catch it before installation.

Easy to put together..sturdy more than I expected...happy camper!!

First, my shipment was missing components, did not have a packing list and I was given a wiring diagram that looked to be made by a 10 year old in microsoft paint. It took quite a bit of hounding to get the missing parts shipped to me. When I went to have my electrical inspection done, the inspector wouldn’t pass it because the certification paperwork was not correct on my inverter and missing on the combiner box. Once again, it took several weeks and quite a bit of hounding to resolve this issue. Once I actually powered the system up for the first time, the inverter was throwing warning and fault codes. I tried to troubleshoot this with manufacturer directly, after over two months of attempting to fix the issue, my patience has run out. I requested a refund or replacement unit from the Solar Power Store as I was sold a defective unit. They told me they wouldn’t refund me and the warranty was with the manufacturer. I have followed up several times about the status of my warranty claim and they are no longer answering my emails. I have never experienced customer service this bad and would strongly advise everyone to stay away from the Solar Power Store.

easy to order, good customer service, well packaged product (BOSS6 metal cabinet) i.e. no shipment damages, good quality product.

My Batteries arrived without manual and warranty agreement.
I had to ask 3 time's to finerly get the warranty agreement.
The manual on the homepage was for a different battery.
Also the system to get someone on the phone is just not working for me.
