Awful design, feet hitting fron plastic cover, treadmill uses a cheap Android…
Cannot check pulse on handlebar (which is very inaccurate, like not even close), cannot grab a bottle of water without my feet hitting the front plastic (I'm 6'1") let alone touch screen - I have to lean forward as I'm working out, total disaster.
The treadmill uses a cheap Android tablet with not even Plex support (they won't add, and it cannot be done in any way manually). Extremely slow. Awful design. Takes forever just to start the exercise.
Great service
I had my Sole E35 elliptical serviced by Charles at Fixness Equipment. The elliptical was making loud grinding noises. Charles arrived on time according to the appointment schedule. He was able to replace the defective parts and fix the problem in about 30 minutes. Now the problem is gone and the elliptical works awesome. Charles was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use his company for future repairs (I have few other fitness equipment at my house). Highly recommended.

Technician was professional, flexible, and prompt in getting our elliptical up and running. The technician, Charley, explained the solution and till this day, all is still operating properly. We are completely satisfied with service performed!

Fantastic Bike and Even Better Customer Service
I recently purchased the Sole SB900, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The bike is incredibly well-built, rock-solid, and operates silently—exactly what I was hoping for. It delivers a legitimately challenging workout, and I’m really enjoying the available videos and training content.
One thing worth calling out: just a few days after my bike arrived, it went on sale. I reached out to Sole Fitness expecting a standard “sorry, we can’t help,” but instead, they immediately refunded me the difference. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and honestly sealed the deal on my loyalty.
Overall, the SB900 is a fantastic machine, and Sole Fitness has been great to work with. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Charley, made the complication of getting our treadmill fixed as easy as possible on us. He is very nice, knowledgeable and attentive! Highly recommend him for any issues that may pop up!
Build Quality Issues - Avoid
Bought an E98 Elliptical and paid extra for installation service. It suffered a mechanical failure after 5 minutes use. A replacement was sent. The replacement arrived with a mechanical fault. Insisted on a full refund, not prepared to waste any more time on Sole

If you’re from Southern California (San Diego/OC/LA) area and looking to have your sole product or any other fitness equipment repaired or maintained, I highly recommend requesting Charley as your professional technician. He is very knowledgeable and works very quickly and has taken care of all the issues I had with my Sole e35 elliptical. He is also personable and just a great guy that is honest and trustworthy. Very good at communicating and goes out of his way to follow up on his clients days later to check if your machine is still in good order. Save yourself the time and tell your Sole rep that you want Charley to do your repairs.

I wanted to provide feedback on the service and assistance I received from Will the salesman I worked with over the phone in processing a recent treadmill order.
I called the customer sales line numerous times over the past few days. My first experience was with a sales representative named Will. I asked multiple questions, and Will was extremely effective in helping me select the Sole F89. He offered to help me and told me to ask for him if I called back. I ended up calling back 4 more times as I did my research, each time asking for Will and getting his help. Through our discussions about deck types, technology options and capabilities, my training goals and capabilities, Will helped me select the right treadmill and also helped me understand all the options for shipping and payment.
Will explained the TrueMed payment program due to the fact that I have an HSA. Will generated an invoice that allowed me to process my payment using my HSA credit card.
I wanted to acknowledge the help and guidance that Will provided and his amazing assistance.

Sole customer service is fantastic! I had problems placing an order online and Rachel with customer service was able to help me in minutes. I can't wait to get my bike -- I had a Sole treadmill in my home gym for 15+ yesrs, and it was the best piece of equipment! Unfortunately, I have a knee injury and can't run anymore.

WARNING
WARNING: Sole uses outdated tablets/hardware on their devices. Less than two years old F85 treadmill stopped working for Netflix, and we are told by Sole that they are using an old tablet for their devices. They do not offer any solution but buy a tv to watch stuff on. I will be selling the treadmill and never purchase anything from this company again. It is expected that users can use hardware/tech for at least 5 years, receinv updates for the time. less than two years is unexeptable.

Sole elliptical Repair
I had an issue with a Sole elliptical making odd noises. It was still under warranty and Sole immediately sent someone for service, as well as the parts. Charley came by and immediately knew what to do. He was prompt, very nice, professional, and accurate in his assessment and repair. We've been using the elliptical everyday now for the past three weeks and so far, it's been as quiet as when I first bought it. Both Sole and their repair technician were awesome! I purchased a treadmill for my dad in Montana. We went with the F85 over Nordictrack based on comparisons online and we're so glad we picked this one. We love it so far and the fact that we don't need a monthly subscription was a huge selling feature.
The delivery was really quick considering it was being shipped to a rural area and the delivery guy was great, I didn't catch his name, but he was very professional. We had a slight issue with the assembly at first, but we called and emailed the customer support. I was quickly put in touch with Shane from the service department. Shane is awesome! He's extremely knowledgeable with this equipment, he even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed any help in the future.
Between Shane and Ashlee in their corporate office, we had everything shipped, installed and running smoothly in no time.
I'm very impressed with this company. The support was incredible.
