Scam Company with Awful Customer Service – Avoid Sole Fitness!
I strongly advise against buying anything from Sole Fitness. This company is a complete scam hiding behind the facade of a fitness brand. I purchased a treadmill, paid for professional assembly, and it stopped working within a day. When I reached out for support, things went downhill fast.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. The representatives are rude, argumentative, and show zero respect. What’s worse — the names they give you seem fake, and with only 29 employees in the company, you might actually be talking to the owner pretending to be customer support. They take no responsibility for faulty products or poor service.
Sole Fitness seems to specialize in selling treadmills and fitness equipment to hotels, and it feels like the defective or returned items are pushed off on residential customers. That’s exactly how my experience felt — like I got the leftovers.
They’re possibly a family-and-friends-run business, where no one is held accountable. Before you call their support, prepare for a verbal match — because you'll be arguing just to get basic service.
Do yourself a favor — stay away from Sole Fitness. There are better companies out there that value their customers and stand behind their products. This one is not it. isaw a trend in trustpilot , after a 1 star there will be a 5 star review from a trainer .you all where that 5 star review is coming from.

Shipped treadmill broken. Part sent was incorrect. It’s been 3 weeks since my treadmill arrived and it’s never worked. On top of that Sole has incredibly difficult customer service group.

Bad on so many levels
My experience with Sole was just bad on all levels. I bought the SRVO (FItness trainer) Complete. They shipped SOME of the accessories twice, some not at all, and did not send the main unit. They spent more time trying to get the duplicate accessories back than they did to get me the items I have yet to receive a MONTH later. You can't call them. You can only email and it typically takes days to hear back. I can't review the hardware itself because I still don't have it. But the customer service and sense of urgency is completely missing.....They were perfect in the department of collecting my money.

Sole Fitness has the worst customer…
Sole Fitness has the worst customer service. After contemplating whether I should get the treadmill from Costco or through Sole Fitness, I decided to give Sole Fitness a try. oh boy, did I regret my decision. I purchased a F89 for over $3000. The delivery company Sole Fitness contracted with damaged the treadmill, the forklift cut through the bottom of the shipping crate and damaged the belt of the treadmill. I contacted Sole Fitness for a replacement as the damage was clearly not caused by me. They refused to replace it after going through multiple departments and multiple "managers." Eventually they sent someone out to repair it, even the repair person they contracted said the belt will never be the same. After running at a certain speed, you can hear a noise. I'm now stuck with this machine. If I purchased through Costco, there would have been no problem to replace with a new one or get a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM SOLE FITNESS.

We purchased an F85 treadmill. It seemed to have decent reviews on google.
We paid the $350 for setup and delivery to room of choice.
The fans do not work.
The delivery guys scratched my wood floors, left trash and left the treadmill in the middle of the room.
Not super happy.
Own an F80 treadmill from Sole Fitness
Own an F80 treadmill from Sole Fitness. This is the second sole treadmill, as they had to replace the original one after only one year, when the electronics catastrophically failed. Now less than 9 months later the F80 they sent as a replacement has also failed. First after seven months the main circuit board shorted out when it was improperly grounded at the factory. Sent a replacement controller (after several weeks) with installation instructions (which were wholly inadequate), and the treadmill lasted one additional month. Now dead again. Now I am requiring that they send a refund, and come pick up their overpriced doorstop, and get it out of my house. Never buy from Sole Fitness.
Don’t buy any products from Sole Fitness
Don’t buy any products from this company!!!! They are all lemons. I purchased an E95S in December of 2023. It was junk from the get go. It never worked properly. Their customer service kept telling me to try multiple schemes to fix none of which worked. The techs they sent out only made the problems worse. Ultimately the machine had to be sent back for replacement in March of 2024 (the company fought that solution —it took lots of calls to convince them to do this).The new machine worked for a while. But we kept encountering more problems( major software issues caused machine to shut down during work out session; the system would often just lock up requiring a power shut down and reboot). They finally agreed to send me a new console which I received today(2/28/2025). No tech service is available from Sole to replace it. They expect the customer to do this on their own. It’s not a simple procedure. I complained to the Service Manager (Shane) that Sole should provide a tech to install it properly. He absolutely refused to consider that option…he told me to go to you tube for instructions. Not confident the system will work any better after replacement. These products are cheaply manufactured destined to break down. Their service department is useless. The product does not work as advertised. STAY AWAY FROM SOLE FITNESS!!!

Horrid Customer Service
Paid $2500 for a treadmill. The one year warranty expired in January. Treadmill is completely dead. After calling daily for 5 days and being told to troubleshoot different things every day and being told we never registered our treadmill they somehow were able to find the registration and are now sending half a dozen parts WE have to pay to be replaced. The parts wont even ship for two full weeks. For that much money we would expect the treadmill to last longer than 13 months! They offer no help other than here are some parts that may or may not arrive in a month.

F80 Treadmill not worth the fortune
I've purchased a F80 Treadmill with all it's pomp and circumstance during COVID and can tell you after 3 years, it's NOT worth the money.
I'm a runner and use this almost exclusively in the winter, and EVERY YEAR it requires service.
Shortly after Year 1 - service for squeaks (oiled, labour at my expense)
Year 2 - replaced main motor due to noise (labour at my expense)
Year 3 - replaced incline motor due to noise and creaking (labour at my expense)
Year 3 (Nov 2025) - replaced main motor due to noise. Replaced belt 1 month after warranty period expired. Partly my expense, partly Sole.
Year 4 (Jan 2026) - motor needs replacing again, plus some other random noise (expense TBD)
For a nearly $3000 product, I've paid over $400 in labour costs and the machine is NOT "whisper quiet".
Company service is decent, though depending on the rep you get they can be terse.
Updated after Company response: If SOLE wants to talk, I will happily do so - please contact me by EMAIL.

Damage upon delivery…
Bought an elliptical and upon delivery noticed it was damaged. Shipping company placed the damaged side down on the pallet and just wanted to drop the whole thing. Smartly I said I did not want the pallet and when we took the box off the pallet I noticed the fork lift went through the bottom quarter of the box and damaged the equipment. After 4 weeks of trying to get an answer on a replacement shipment I disputed the credit card charge and gave up.
Beware before you buy Sole Fitness equipment
I have a F63 treadmill. I purchased it initially from Sole and after a few months it stopped working and they replaced the machine. The second machine is well out of warranty but stopped working unexpectedly a few weeks ago. After discussing the matter with a Sole technician they recommended I purchase a new Motor Controller. I finally received the part after 3 weeks and installed it on Jan 6. The incline option is not working and unit shows an error code. Called again and they said to recalibrate and it will fix it. It didn't. Today they told me to purchase more parts from them but they aren't sure these will correct the problem. It is their product -- but manufactured in CHINA, and they do NOT KNOW what the problem is and can only offer suggestions. I was not looking for something free just advice and I got NOTHING. Sole never again!

Bought the elliptical 25 from D sporting goods‘s in October, one week later I had a problem contacted customer support. They told me it was the belt even though I told him it wasn’t they sent out a tech, of course it wasn’t the belt, he said it was the flywheel they would have to order it, three weeks went by. I finally called them back and they said there was a mistake. They forgot to order it. They would do it right away, another three weeks went by And now I can’t get in touch with them, the company that was supposed to do the repair called and wanted to know why I haven’t called them, They were finally able to get in touch with the company and apparently they sent out the flywheel yesterday, I bought this October 18 and have used it three times in 2 1/2 months, terrible customer support
Customer Service is non-existent
If I were you, I would not purchase a Sole. And you might not want to have equipment delivered to your home because the driving team that was used to deliver and assemble my treadmill, did it incorrectly, and I've had a treadmill that doesn't work sitting in my living room for a month now.
Trying to get scheduled with Sole fitness is a joke! They make you order parts without even knowing what's wrong with the machine, then they make you wait for the parts to come in before they'll schedule you with a technician, and a technician is supposed to call within 48 hours after receiving the parts, but if you call within those 48 hours they'll tell you you have to wait. So then if you're a sucker like me, you'll wait for another 48 hours at which point you'll call again and be told that they'll be contacting you that same day. But they don't. So then you call back and can't get through because it's Friday afternoon and oh guess what? They're not open again until Monday! But it's a holiday week so I'll be out of town and by the time I get back and continue this circus of shenanigans of trying to get scheduled, it will be damn near two months that I've had this machine and not have been able to use it.
What a joke! From the delivery team to the customer service of the manufacturer. And I haven't even gotten to use the machine yet!!!!!
