James was extremely patient with me and identified the part I required very quickly. He clearly explained the price and delivery details.

I ordered a park for Makita nail gun 16th March and apart from them contacting me saying they would send me a different part that goes in a Hitachi nail gun in yet to receive the part I paid for.
As a tradesmen I need the part ASAP so I can carry out my work.
I have requested a refund twice now and they have tried to send me the wrong part.
I will never use this company again.

Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff found the exact part I was looking for. Honest about slightly longer delivery time as part is coming from Germany. Hassle free. Would definitely use again

Trust Pilot asks what went wrong, when it would have saved me time by just asking what went right! It's been a calamity of errors, the likes of which I haven't had before. To save you time, I will list bullet points.

1. Sold me a part that was in stock on the website, but turns out wasn't in stock.

2. Gave a lead time that was missed several times.

3. When fragile part arrived, it was smashed to bits because it was packaged in a empty box with no protection, worst I have seen!

4. Took ages to respond to emails, ended up providing info to parcelforce myself!

5. They then took ages to order and recieve a new part, which they then sent to "my address" (which I confirmed with them) only to find out they sent it by mistake to someone in WALES with a different name, and I live in NORTH WEST ENGLAND!!!

6. Despite all this, their answer is to ask the person who was sent the part in error to then forward it onto me.

I genuinely can't make it up. Bearing in mind I ordered at beginning of November [5th] I still haven't recieved it and it's the 19th Feb.

Edit. I did recieve a phone call from James who was very apologetic and whilst that does take some dedication and courage after the company giving such a poor quality of service, and I do appreciate that an apology isn't always easy to give, it hasn't lessened the sour experience I have had, and as such I won't be shopping there again. The whole experience was poor and was a catalogue of errors. I do feel James has been let down by others at the company, yet it was down to him to front up and make the call.

Waited quite a while for the delivery, but that wasn’t Mr. Duffin’s fault - it was Royal Mail. He refunded me but a week later the parcel arrived - after two months. I contacted Mr. Duffin and we cleared the balance.

It’s a good thing to be patient when the parts are not in stock. Aften a looong wait I finally received my Ryobi handle spareparts. They where booked in August and I received them in January

James was really helpful in sourcing the correct blade for my older Bosch circular saw

My telephone conversation with James @ sparetool parts was excellent. He was able to identify the part I needed for my Ryobi tool and advised me of the steps required to purchase the item. Without his help we would have had great difficulty in sourcing the part. Would recommend this website for Ryobi spares or other brand make parts. They also have an extensive list of items available on their site.

UPDATE:
I received my order after half a year, and are happy now. Everything would be easier if the inform about transport supplier and tracking.

Shit company!!!! Been waiting for several month, and still not received anything. I email for some weeks ago, and they promise to send once more, but still nothing.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
