Update on my recent review. More than happy to say that this company is legit. I have this morning had a full refund. My recent email was answered quickly.
It’s a shame it had to come to this. But I still have to say that my phones calls or previous email was not answered the company could still do better with communication

Ordered parts for my Ryobi in July 2024. It's November now. Got nothing and got no refund!!! Worst I've ever dealt with!!!

Order 1000107879 I places an order / paid £49.82 upfront for replacement brushes for my Panasonic EY7950 electric drill on 25th Sept 2024. It is now 26th October 2024 and I still do not have the spare parts! Very poor service! I am beginning to wonder if I have been scammed!

James was straight on to my order understood what I was needing , handled my query very professionally and got me sorted with a call back with in ten minutes , I would highly recommend Sparetoolparts to anyone as the service from a company that has 100% experience ,

Great company to deal with, sorted part I needed with no problem swiftly and easy to understand, well done, kept no in phone for future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....

1 ordered a Milwaukee 3/8th anvil from them at the begining of August. Then was getting the "we haven't forgotten about you" emails. I emailed them on 13th of August wanting a update on the part I ordered. Someone called James duffin replayed with they should be getting the part that week. Then on the 27th of August I asked them again when am I going to get the part there response was there going to contact Milwaukee and find out when there getting it in and james will get in contact with a EPA that I never got.

Skip a couple weeks then I emailed them on the 27th of September asking for a refund because it was taking too long. There response was Milwaukee have it on back order so again I asked for a refund because it was taking too long. Then on the 29th of September completely ignoring the fact that I've asked for a refund twice already they said they are getting it that week. Now skip to the 7th of October now 11 weeks down the line I've still not had an email saying that It has been sent. I've now for the 3rd time asked for a refund and now waiting to hear back from them.

This time hopefully I get a refund like I requested.
