Bought after seeing on Instagram thinking was a uk company. It appears to be in China!!
Terrible quality not true size need to return but after reading reviews doubt I will have much joy.

I’m afraid I got sucked in by the flashy website and ordered 2 tops!!! Absolute rubbish. Nothing like the pictures. Sizing is ridiculous. Don’t buy from this company.

Do not shop here!!!! Returns policy is vague at best and you will find yourself receiving shoddy products that have to be returned at your cost to China!!!!! Tracked!!! Obviously at a cost far more than the product.
They have caused severe anxiety and distress to my aunt, a pensioner with few funds and a very ill husband, who believed in the ‘of London’ tag and trusted them! The returns address on label was a warehouse in Southall uk but this is not where returns go!!!
Shocking and disgusting, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Ordered 100% cotton top in Large and received 100% polyester Small. Really cheaply made. And obviously they don't respond to complaints or requests for a refund. And it's definitely not a UK company, as it took about 3 weeks to arrive.

Delivery 20 days to come (website 5 to 10 days). Very very poor quality, sizes are way out. (So you have to send back for full refund minus the cost you have to pay for to send it back). Customer service terrible. Won't refund monies without paying for the returns back to China.
35% is the max you can get back without sending back the rubbish. Everytime you write an email to this company with your opinions the answers come back the same. Would advise anyone do not buy from this company they are not in the UK, they won't give you where the head office, telephone or country is. Its a Scam company DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
14 day cooling off period doesn't exist. Not worn the garments still in packaging.

Zero stars... Bought one of their Love is Love jerseys and got to enjoy it ONCE. One gentle washing and it was ruined. Absolutely disappointed and will never buy their stuff again

I paid for same day shipping and my package didn't arrive until the next day. I emailed customer service regarding my issue and I did not hear back from them. Same day shipping is 15 dollars. I did not receive a refund for my package not coming on time. I will never order from them again. I got scammed.

AGAIN Paid for several items. AGAIN One item paid for, not delivered, LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS. OH WELL. RIPPED OFF, 2ND & LAST TIME.

Most horrible delivery experience. Worst customer care service and delivery agent. Thay could not pickup the call also. First they showed delivery in 40 minutes, letar after 3hours we couldn't receive our order

I bought some adult items from Spencer in CO today, and the cashier made me feel highly uncomfortable, trying to get me to purchase items I clearly stated I didn't want due to medical reasons while giving me judgy looks and making comments about it. I felt forced to explain myself due to many pushy and personal questions that were not necessary. I don't think I will ever purchase adult items from them again, and it was not an appropriate time to make a customer feel uncomfortable about their purchase

Just horrible..paid $15 for same day delivery only to receive my items the next day. Customer service was rude and not helpful. Never shopping with them again.

I ordered a lava lamp online. A couple weeks went by it never came. I called to find out why they told me they shipped it to the store but I was never notified. I don't have car that is why I ordered online to be shipped to my house. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I was having surgery that week so I asked for the store number customer service refused to give it to me. I wanted to tell them I would be there to pick it up as soon as I healed enough from the surgery. The customer service agent never offered to call the store for me to relay the message he said the order would be canceled if I didn't pick it up right away. So I went to the mall at Christmas time with sutures and steri strips, blood, black eyes. I looked like Frankenstein. To pick up my lamp that was supposed to be delivered to my house. They said they didn't get any shipment they had the lamp I wanted it's been in their store for months. In the meantime customer service canceled the order the same day I got there so they had my money tied up on my card so I couldn't even purchase the lamp. Now for the refund I waited 2 weeks and called them they said my money should be on my card any day now all the processing on their end was done. Another 2 weeks went by no money so I called them again for them to tell me call again tomorrow so when I did they said now I have to wait another 21 days they had a mix up on their end. These people are rude they lie and I will never again buy anything from them. I collect lava lamps I have a lot. I don't even know how many plus almost every one I know has been gifted a lamp from me. These big companies don't care how much you spend.

Bought two tshirts yesterday for Christmas. Got home and realized the Ink Tags were on them, and I have no idea how to get them off.
The only number available for Spencer’s is something called “guest services” as a 1-833 number. I asked “is the Spencer’s” she said “no. Its guest services”. I said “guest services for what” she said Spencer’s” rudely.
I asked if there was a number for the store and she said no, and eventually hung up on me.

We always have wonderful customer service in the store, but whoever you have working for “guest services” has not provided the same experience.

It’s Christmas in 3 days, and now I have to go all the way back to the mall (about $38 in cabs) wait in line for another 25 minutes (as I did when I purchased the shirts yesterday) to have the security tags removed from a purchase I’ve already made.

Why isn’t there simply a store phone number? I know the in store staff would have been fabulous to deal with.

Spencer's used to be a great place, where you could buy quality items and get, at least decent, customer service. I made a purchase, and when my order arrived it was a completely different item than I ordered. I tried using their email, it sent me back a standard "we received your email and will contact you"... Blah blah blah. I never heard back from them, so...
Update: After contacting them in three different ways, I was sent the correct item. I have no idea which contact worked, since the only communication I got was an order confirmation. So my thoughts are, either they need to update their contact information, or they saw this review and decided to fix it because of it. I'm still very unhappy that there is no way to just let them know you got a wrong item on the returns page, since it's not a returnable item

I bought shirts from Spencer’s at the mall in north bay Ontario and they left the sincerity tag on it and it didn’t make the Alarm go when I left which isn’t normal. We had to use a knife to pry it open and it left a big hole in my shirt. Not impressed what so ever

Was purchasing shirts today with a coworker for Pride at the Kitsap Mall location. Cashier behind the register asks me repeatedly about why I don't intend to shop in the future after I decline joining the rewards program, and hounds me, accusatorially asking me if I know what the ACLU is and implying I'm homophobic. I'm literally trans and was buying Pride items with my friend. Now FOR SURE will never be shopping there again. 0/5 if possible.

Contacted them to change an incorrect order,could not get a human on the chat then i received an email telling me they could not fix issue..they are awfull..no customef service at all. They dont even bother to fake it. No wondef their stores are closing,they suck
