Liars! Ordered 2 cameras with 2 cards and received 4 with 4 cards along with 2 warranties. It took 2 weeks to get the product which used half the 30 day return time.
The instruction sheet is the size of a postage stamp and unreadable unless you have a microscope!
Tried to install apps on phone with no luck.
Called customer support to return. The service agent would not give me a return number or let me speak to a supervisor. She then hung up on me.
Also, found out after looking at my Paypal account, they set up a recurring charge for services which I never authorized!
Tried emailing customer service again to get return # but received no reply.
Had to return to address on original package by registered mail at additional expense of $42.00.
This company is a huge scam! They sell crap and won't take it back.
I am disputing with PayPal! Don't buy it for any reason!
If I could give them a Zero score I would.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Ordered 2x spy cameras for around £80+£6.95 shipping. I noticed from PayPal that they'd also taken £4.99 for warranty and another £8.99 for premium shipping, neither of which I selected, and I was set up for a subscription! The cameras look like toy cameras and I've recently seen them on Amazon for £16.95 for a set of 2 with really bad reviews. They agreed to refund the shipping and warranty - not yet received over a month later - and I cannot return the cameras. AGAIN another scam. I don't know how people get away with these things.

A bunch of chancers
I responded to a TV advert for 1 camera. I was notified that my order had been received. The reply indicated that my full purchase price was £0.00.
I tried unsuccessfully to investigate this.
The following day I received information that my order had been for 3 cameras. That was completely wrong.
I wanted only 1 item. It seems like they have some unethical mechanism inbuilt to their ordering system which automatically decides how many products that you should receive.
In my case, I was charged about £130 instead of my real order which was for £35 only.
I reported this to them within a couple of hours of the original order being placed. They did not reply until the following day when they informed me that " my order had been prepared and despatched so, could not be cancelled". As a goodwill gesture, I was offered free of charge, " and additional 1 year warranty on their product.
This matter is not concluded because I shall be pursuing it fully.
In the meantime, I post here a brief summary with this company and recommend any potential customers to be very wary of it.

Purchased 2 cameras. Totally useless. Will not connect to wifi despite trying.
Would have given a zero start if the option was there.
Avoid this product.

Very poor service and product. Made a mistake ordering but unable to rectify. Said it was too late as items already ordered but that was a load of rubbish. Also added additional costs that I wasn't aware of. Said I could return items for a refund. They arrived late and when I tried to contact them, it said my issue had been resolved which it hadn't. Numerous rejected emails later, I was told I could return at my cost, but had to settle for a small refund.

Terrible experience and the product is absolutely garbage. Strongly recommend you don't go anywhere near them. I'd give no stars if it were possible.

I have email several times and I get the same bog standard reply saying as we have not heard from you we assume the matter has been resolved. THE MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. My camera is still not working. Buttons not responding. Cannot get it to work have deleted the App several times to see if that would make a difference but it hasn’t. It would be nice if I could get a reply from a human being with a modicum of common sense and and not a robot. I would like a refund as the camera is not fit for purpose. Their after sales service is non existent. I am a very annoyed customer. If I could have given a zero I would have.

Pas serieux du tout sauf pour le paiement qui est instantané.

Well I ordered 1 camera,, they charged me for 3, 5 memory cards, and 3 extended warranties, for 287.00 dollars, im a terminal cancer patient and can't pay for my co pay for chemotherapy now,, these people are evil evil bastards

Don't waste your money - wanted to cancel order the day I placed it, was unable as they said it had been shipped which was a total fabrication. Received the camera and many people in my family have tried to install - very, very frustrating. Only connects to 2.4 wifi. Total waste of our time and money. Customer service is hopeless - there is none.

SCAM company do NOT buy anything...I bought 4 cameras none of them worked I called them they settled with me for we a credit of 88$ which I never received - scam do not order these cameras

Absolutely appalling company, the camera did not work, then trying to get a refund is like pushing water uphill. First they offer a 25% refund, then 50% then 75% (and you can keep the camera). I said no I wanted my money back, then they want me to send it back (at my cost) with tracking before they can refund. My advice stay away from this company

Purchased 3 cameras, none of them will connect to wifi, they wont turn off or reset. Spent hours trying to install and still no joy, total waste of time and money, they gave me 25% refund and i kept the cameras, as i found out after purchase they come from China,watched numerous videos on line of how to connect but nothing works. would recommend you stay well clear.

I have been fighting with them for a refund since 3/19/25. I have 24 emails and minimum 3 phones calls invested in this effort. Perhaps the FTC would be interested. This company is definitely a scam. Save your money and buy something else.

Awful company, don’t use them. If you want the product go to Amazon. Setup automatic payments, add offers and you can’t remove them!!!

They automatically duplicated items to my order. When I saw this on my bank account I called customer support to cancel. They were unable to cancel as it was out for delivery, immediately after submitting the order. Tracking number is supposed to be sent 24 hours after purchasing. Four days later, still out for delivery with no tracking number and it hasn't been shipped. I told them it's senseless to ship it when I'm going to return it unopened. Should have read reviews before ordering! I'm thankful for the negative reviews on the bad quality of the products. Now I know I won't be missing out from not opening the box when/if it arrives.

Die dazugehörige App verbindet sich nicht mit der Kamera. Ich habe um einen Rücksendeschein gebeten und mein Geld zurück gefordert. Die Mails gingen hin und her. Am Ende ist meine Bestellung mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse nicht bekannt. Ich habe dann mit Anzeige gedroht und dann kam gar nichts mehr. Hätte ich diese negativen Bewertungen eher gesehen hätte ich gar nicht erst bestellt. Leute, Finger weg, das sind Betrüger.

I wish I was able to give no star and wish I had reviewed this site rather than others before buying.
What an absolute waste of money.
Bought 3, wasn't able to install 3 at the same time. Took me 2 days to try to install a couple.
No wide screen. No night time viewing.
Batteries charged for 2 days to allegedly full power. Brought one up 3 flights of stairs to install, took an hour to position. At end of process, battery dead.
Can't think of anything positive to say about this product. Total scam. Total misguiding advertising. Please do not believe any positive reviews, this really is a dud product and utter waste of money. Bought to help an elderly couple but failed them with my poor choice from false review

Die Kamera lässt sich nicht mit dem Haus WLAN verbinden, obwohl alles richtig eingegeben wurde. Dies wurde auch schon in einem anderen Haus versucht, es war auch nicht möglich. Der Lieferant meldet sich nicht auf meine Mails, das wiederum bedeutet, dass der Service unterirdisch ist. Die App ist voll mit Werbung und nicht übersichtlich. Ich kann nur von dem Produkt abraten.
