Arrive quickly and complete

Arrive quickly and complete. I did have to return two weatherstrips and was bummed I had to pay for the return.

Improper wording

I spoke with a person who took my order , At $700.00 I later received a call from the manager who claimed that my words to explain my situation were improper.. He cancelled my order .. i don't honestly remember the exact conversation but okay, I used other companies to fill my order.... Sad to know people who deal with the public can't communicate..
The response that was used is pure lies and of course it is, gotta make the customers look bad, and the company shine, employees are just that.....employees.....

We’re sorry, but we do not tolerate abusive or threatening language toward our team under any circumstances. The call in question was escalated to management and reviewed, and the comments made were serious enough that we chose to cancel the order, issue a refund, and restrict future purchasing access.

While we value every customer, no $700 order or any future business is worth risking the well-being of our staff, especially long-term team members who work hard to support our customers.

Mismatched mirror set

I ordered a set of mirrors for a custom Camaro build. They contacted me saying the set they had on the website wasnt avail because the right side was out if stock. They asked me if i would accept a different style mirror set in place of what i ordered, so i agreed. Instead, they sent me a mismatched set. I called to say this doesn't work and they accepted the return but were forcing me to pay $15 dollar shipping fee. The mirror that needed returned was only $32 so i stopped atating my case and promised not to buy another product from them.. Elijah stated that fine. I am a car builder and they screwed mine over for $15.. horrible customer service

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and understand why a mismatched mirror set would not work for a custom build.

Before shipping, we notified you that the mirrors in stock were from different manufacturers and would look slightly different, and we provided photos for review. You confirmed you needed two right mirrors and one left, and when asked if you wanted us to ship what we had in stock, you replied yes, so the order was processed and shipped accordingly.

That said, we acknowledge this was not handled as thoroughly as it should have been. While the mixed-lot difference was disclosed, there was no clear written confirmation specifically acknowledging acceptance of the variation, and we understand that once installed—especially on a high-end build—even small differences can be unacceptable.

Although this would normally fall under a standard return, we will be contacting you directly to correct this issue at our expense. We can only hope that a combination of misunderstandings and lack of thorough review on both ends does not prevent a continued working relationship moving forward.

DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!!If I could give negative STARS I WOULD! GO TO THE DEALER YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT LIKE A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER They have 1 price but when I am actually charged, they change that price and treat me like a SUCKER and upsell me! Watch out this is their SALES REPS' STRATEGIES!!

Your order was placed online using the local pick-up shipping option, which is clearly labeled at checkout as not being free shipping and intended only for in-person pickup at our Palm Coast, Florida location. This option also includes a disclaimer noting that if the order later requires shipment, applicable shipping charges and a handling fee will apply.

After the order was picked and ready for pickup, no one arrived to collect it. When we followed up during our routine pickup-outreach, the order was then changed to ship via standard ground methods, which required repacking and shipping costs. No pricing was changed after checkout to products, and no upselling occurred.

We understand how this may have been confusing and regret the experience you faced, but the charges applied were consistent with the shipping option selected and the disclosures provided at checkout.

Site may not be secure for paying

When you go to pay there is a warning about the site security so we don't like ordering form them so we can protect our computer. If our software warns us it is a concern. Seems like they should be able to offer a secure way to pay.

BEWARE - Price hijacking 3 weeks after taking payment

3 weeks after making a purchase, charging my card (accepting my payment), they reach out and tell me the price went up on the cables I paid for. Doubled in price from $89.99 to $179.98 and they are demanding I pay the difference after they accepted payment for the cables.

The part doe's not fit it too expensive to ship back it't a loss. it said it was made for 1968 Chevelle but it's not
