Takes your money for a 5* service…
Takes your money for a 5* service contract which includes a service, the service never happened and now I’ve received another bill for this year for my 5* service contract expecting me to pay again, also there has been a part broke on my stair lift for over a year and was told they would fix it but now one came out.

Stairlift Update
My Srannah stairlift was installed about 9 months ago, and has always performed faultlessly. It was recently checked over and serviced. Jason, the Service Engineer, explained its workings, and I appreciated what a neat, cleverly-packaged device it was.
I’m very pleased to have the stairlift. It’s reliable, much safer for me, and a great help with carrying loads up and down the stairs.

Professional & courteous service.
The company completes their scheduled servicing regularly and on time. The engineers are professional, friendly and reassuring. The machinery is kept in tip-top condition, reliable and safe. Over several years we've not yet had a single bad experience with the stairlift.

Stannah installation
The whole process from start to finish was seamless. We had to have the radiator moved and battery charger wall socket fitted, but Stannah took care of all this, and everything was completed within 10 days, would highly recommend
