Great service from initial phone call to discussion and fitting for my parents' house. Everything explained well regarding practical and financial options. Easy payment system. Engineers respectful and efficient. Stairlift has really helped with heart and arthritis problems.

I suspect the cable from seat to…
I suspect the cable from seat to footrest is a bit to long as footrest does not lie flat I’ve tried to get seat to lie down but not successful a vey nice chair a bit on large size at top of stairs difficult to pass at top. Kindest regards Keith

Just had my stairlift serviced. Engineer was prompt, polite and very efficient. I had ample opportunity to ask any questions and ones I did were answered in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Stannah's service has always been first class and I highly recommend them.
