From the start, when we first contacted the company, everybody concerned has been very helpful: that includes the contact centre, the representatives who visited, and the installers. They were all helpful, professional, and polite, and they were all conscious that they were dealing with elderly people and so they explained what was happening at an appropriate level, without ever being condescending. We particularly liked the way they emphasised the safety feature of the product, and the way they made sure the process of installation and instructions how to use the stair lift were fully understood.

The stairlift has been in place for a week, and my parents could not be more pleased with it – or with the way the company dealt with them throughout.

Honest sales visit (no over selling) but told us what we needed in a clear unambiguous manner. Phone calls from Stannah pertinent, timely and courteous. Electrician, plumber and chair fitter all showed respect for our home and worked efficiently and expertly.

It all started as a normal sale. The man came out did the sell with the proviso we move 2 bookcases from the hall. We are both in our late 70’s and not very mobile. My wife started to slowly empty the the bookcases. We received a call confirming the installation date. The installer arrived, and the empty bookcases were still there, he couldn’t proceed. Later that day the sales rep phoned to see what had occurred we told him we were trying to find help moving them. He said he would call the next day and see what he could do, if he couldn’t move them two of the directors would come to move them. As it was he managed to move them. And revised date to install was agreed and went ahead.

Very satisfied with service and advice. My husband only used stair lift perhaps eight times before he passed away ,it proved very useful at the time and l will keep it for guests and myself should stairs become a problem.

I was notified that a service is due and the appointment made. The lady was very efficient. On the day of the service the engineer phoned 30 mins prior to arriving which I found helpful. He was polite and efficient at his work. After the service I was told what had been done and the condition of my stairlift.

The chap, Tony, who came had been before and knew the stair lift. He spent about an hour here, checked the batteries and the bolts, and left things tidy and clean.
