I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered sympathy flowers for my family member. My experience was the same as most of their reviews. I ordered flowers to be delivered next day for the Memorial Service and paid for them. The next day, I received an email that they were cancelling the order because they were unable to fulfill the order. I received another email same day that they were processing the refund on March 31, 2026. On May 1, as I was paying my credit card bill, I realized that they never issues the refund. I attempted to call them at the published telephone number and was connected to an automated message about winning a free medical device. I immediately contacted my merchant and started the dispute process. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s so upsetting that despite all the negative reviews and complaints, they are still able to do this to people.

3 orders were cancelled by them still waiting on refund 3 weeks now

Who does this?!?!?!? I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a fricking funeral!!! I got the email that they canceled the order and have supposedly issued a refund. We'll see. It's too late for me to get flowers to Michigan from Florida. What a bunch of assholes! They need to go out of business.

I had a great experience, quick and easy ordering and Patrick was very helpful over the phone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could. I placed 2 separate orders online for flowers. Money was immediately withdrawn from my account and then I received an email saying my orders were canceled and I'd receive a refund. Almost 1 month later..NO REFUND. I emailed company and they were quick to send an apology and assured me my refund would be processed quickly. 1 week later I have still not received a refund. I feel this company is a scam and is just stealing money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Totally got scammed by Patrick. He coerced me into giving him a 5 star review….SHAME ON ME!!! And SHAME ON THEM!!!! Do not order from them! Flowers never got delivered but credit card got charged!

I wanted to get flowers for a friend who lost a relative. I came across Starluck flowers because it was the only one that would ship the flowers same day at her location.
I bought the flowers for $81 and waited. I then wanted to track the order and it kept saying “error try again later” I thought it was weird so I dove into the business and realized it was a total scam. So, I cancelled my order. It’s been over a week and no notice on any refund they promised me. I ended up having to get a new card because I diddnt want to risk it after putting all of my info on the website.
Safe yourself the trouble I’m going through and do not buy from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company and all cost. They are a scam and not legit.

I called and made sure this was not an answering service. They guaranteed it was not. I ordered flowers for a funeral. I drive 3 hours to the funeral and there are no flowers. I check my email, they said they canceled and I would not be charged. 5 days later, they charged me for the flowers. I am on permanent ignore with this company trying to get my money back

Don't do it! SCAMMMMM! Never received flowers, puts you on hold when someone finally answers. Site will not allow you to track order. Should have known when they called and requested a review while on the phone. DON'T USE THEM!!!!

The website was easy to use, selection was great and customer service is great. They called me to confirm delivery location and best time for delivery. Highly recommended!
My wife received her flowers in the exact timeframe promised and it was a beautiful bouquet that she loved! Patrick called me twice regarding this transaction. I can’t say enough about his customer service! Ours was a great experience!

Patrick made the experience smooth and quick. This company is a great company to work with to support local florists and they go above and beyond to make sure everything sends exactly how you want it!

Should’ve known it was a red flag when they called me after I placed my order to leave a 5 star review. Service was anything but. 3 days late after they kept telling me it was delivered and then on top of that was the wrong flowers. don’t USE THEM

Put in a zip code to send flowers for a friends passing. After i filled everything out i realized that its not going to be in the area where i was hoping it would be sent. But it wasn’t after i ordered it on 4/10/2026 it was cancelled. But they still took my money out on the 4/15/2026. In the email said I would be refunded but never was refunded. Been in contact with them threw it. Had to take other steps to get my money back. Maybe $59.53 but it a lot of money to me when living on a budget and trying to send something to a passing of a friend.
Very disappointing that there are still people out there with no morals or respect.
Had to other options to get my money back.
After that it was finally back on my card.
But disappointed for taking out after 5 day!

Order cancelled immediately after placing. Promised refund but has not shown up.
Multiple emails asking when can i expect to see a refund.
I get the same AI answer.

I placed an order a few hours later they canceled it saint the flurries in the area can't complete the order. I received an email saying my refund is being processed weeks later still nothing. I have emailed asking about my refund and u get automated responses back. DO NOT USE!!!!!
