Starplan Reviews

Slide robes and loose bedroom furniture purchased from Portadown branch. Staff were very helpful and slide robes were fitted perfectly and without a flaw. Fitters were very decent and tidy guys.Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

They listened carefully to what we wanted, planned something suitable and then delivered it exactly as detailed on the day we booked for the installation. Clean, efficient workers. All round, we are very pleased with the result and the service we received.

Great team, Stephen the sales person, till Kenny the fitter was brilliant

Kim was amazing very very helpful lovely lovely person and fitter was good cleaned up after himself my bedroom is amazing thanks guys n gals keep up the good work xx

Apart from the mix up with my wardrobes the first choice wasn't suitable for the shape of my room and I love the second choice, and the design, the staff who fitted the wardrobes was very polite and respectful

Friendly staff and fitters. Good after care.

This is the second time we have bought built in bedroom furniture from Starplan in Newtownabbey. The service was exceptional from we walked into the showroom until the job was completed. Natalya in the showroom was professional and a pleasure to deal with. The fitters came on time and were expert

Sara was great at the design part of our project and the fitters were excellent. Work done very efficiently and they were so particular and tidy. Delighted with the finished result. Would definitely use Starplan again

We called to the Portadown branch of Star Plan.
We were really impressed by the beautiful furniture that was on show.
The quality of the furniture, the colours ,designs and numerous pieces was fantastic..
The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Would definitely recommend.

Guys where lovely that fitted the furniture, staff where lovely in the store. Only reason for 3 stars is because there were no dust sheets or footwear protection worn and it was a wet day. My carpets were dirty after fitting.

Jennifer, our sales assistant was fantastic! A great attention the detail and made us aware of all possibilities and and things that could be done. She kept in regular contact via telephone and email and even when small problems arose she was quick to find potential solutions. The wardrobes have been in for a month now and we are loving the space and also the reduction in clutter the team who came to assemble them were very efficient and were in and out in much last time than we had anticipated. All in.all a first class job that we are very happy with.

Poor installation
Had to come back and rectify number of issues
