Everything was explained great and clear. Maximum dedication and help. Good English .
Rui even helped me with any simple questions like payments or sending a mail. As I’m a bit helpless with such stuff :)

I used this company to handle the customs clearance of my car in Portugal, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding.
Before starting the process, I was provided with clear and detailed information about each step, including all expected costs. Throughout the process, my manager responded quickly to all my questions and gave me full attention and support.
Even after the process was completed, the manager reached out to check if the inspection went well — which truly impressed me. This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in Portugal. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and professional car import process!

Absolutely wonderful team of experts in every division. Step Inside Portugal did a great job helping us with our PT tax process and completed the effort in August communicating that the government had completed our tax assessment. In addition, they helped us change our address in the Finance Portal after we moved to a new apartment.
