Polite and courteous, but late!
Although I received my delivery of Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone one week late, the stone was in brilliant condition with no breakages. Also, customer service was polite, helpful, and courteous, and it was delivered within 2 weeks of placing the order.
However, I do feel that if a delivery date is given, it should be honored and not changed repeatedly. I was given a delivery date of Friday, July 17th, then it got delayed and I was given a new delivery date of Monday, July 20th. Then it got delayed again to Friday afternoon, July 24th. On that day in the afternoon, I was told it had been delayed again, but the delivery company did phone and arrange a special delivery to deliver it the following day, Saturday, July 25th, early morning. I know that the delivery date isn't guaranteed, but it has cost me time and money taking time off work to be there for the previous delivery dates...

To be transparent, the team flagged during loading that the crate - which was the last one in stock at that warehouse - wasn't safe for transit. Rather than risk delivering damaged stone, we waited for fresh stock to arrive so we could ensure your order reached you in perfect condition. That said, we know the delays fell short of the service we aim to provide.

Great stone different widths and shapes…
Great stone different widths and shapes just slightly away from rectangle brick moulds. But yea mine are up as edging concreted in.place, delivery was prompt and easy as long as you got a flat surface to get them over with a pallet truck and very helpful delivery driver.

Easy web site to use and great value for money. Pallet was delivered with 50 sand stone 600by609 slabs. All were unloaded and found to be in perfect condition.

Bad service!! Inferior products!!
I had my client stay in all day for the day of the delivery, they failed to notify either me or the client that delivery would not be that day until we chased them.
They promised to call me 2hrs before delivery on the following day, they didn't! They called my client 1hr before delivery, the driver was abrupt and rude to my client.
The delivery was short by 24 Pavers and the quality of them were all rejects not fit for purpose and I am told they don't have anymore so they want to know if we will accept a 50% refund.
Its obvious why these were the last Pavers as they were rejects at the bottom of the pile, they should never have left the company's premises and if they can't communicate to there drivers properly along with teaching them basic manners I don't think they will last long in business.
As a limited company myself selling products to over 2 thousand customers for the best part of 40 years I find there customer service appalling!

If I could give 0 stars I would. From start to finish, this has been a terrible experience. We received the wrong items in the first place and then had to wait days for a resolution. We were promised collection of the incorrect order and delivery of the correct items two days later, only for the delivery to be cancelled on the day without any notification.
The only reason we found out was because we contacted them asking for an update. Since then, we've been repeatedly passed around, given empty promises, ignored, and left chasing answers.
It's now been over a week and a half, and we still don't have the correct items. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service has been shocking. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Great product and delivery was all fine my reason for 4 stars is the relentless questioning about the delivery address, someone even rang twice asking the same questions about access, I used to deliver turf with group 1 trucks and if an address was difficult you just deal with it at the time. Other than that everything was very good, granite bullnose I ordered was far better than the Marshall’s product I had used in the past for half the money

To share some context, because our heavy products are delivered on 18-22 ton lorries, any unforeseen issues at the site (like access limitations, road closures, restrictions, obstacles, steep roads, or a narrow turning radius) can cause the delivery to fail, which incurs steep additional costs. We also try to check if the drop-off point has gravel, grass, or uneven ground, as standard pallets cannot be moved via a tail lift on those surfaces.
We typically only call multiple times if we weren't able to complete the full access check on the first try, and we sincerely apologise for any frustration or annoyance this duplication may have caused. We completely understand how it felt repetitive - especially given your own professional background in handling large truck logistics!
We will certainly share your comments with our team to see how we can make this verification process smoother and less intrusive for our customers. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to work with you on your next project!

Not the best service a lot of our slabs…
Not the best service a lot of our slabs arrived chipped and some even broken to pieces I spoke to customer service and they advised to use the chipped pieces for off cuts however we didn’t have the need for that many and they wouldn’t refund or send out replacements for either! Have ordered off other websites porcelain slabs and they did not arrive in that condition so that was a bit disappointing.

Great product but the costs for a split…
Great product but the costs for a split pack option are very expensive (£85). Having paid this I was really disappointed with the way the order was packaged. No packaging between stones so they rubbed and caused lots of abrasions. Advised not to worry I just need to deep clean them several times and they will be fine. But why not package the order properly so I don’t have this inconvenience. I ordered 7 step stones of one colour but one was a different colour (Raj Green rather than Kandla Gray). Comms to resolved the issue weren’t great (had to chase several times). Eventually settled on a discount but having agreed an amount they refunded less than agreed and I had to chase again before the rest of the refund was processed.

Regarding the final resolution you agreed upon, our backend system automatically processed your £70.00 refund in two separate parts on the very same day for administrative reasons. The refund was split into two transactions - one for the stone cost (£53.90) and one for the handling fee (£16.10). Because these appeared as two distinct line items in your banking records, it understandably caused a brief initial oversight, resulting in only the first refund being noticed initially.
We want to reassure you that the remaining balance had already been successfully issued by our team automatically on day one, without any need for further chasing. We apologise for any confusion the split-transaction layout caused on your statement!

Poor customer service and experience
The sample received did not match the images on their website. They offer delivery options at a charge that they can't fulfill. Be prepared to make various phone calls to arrange your delivery with their subcontractors, when this should be their responsibility. Constantly respond with the same line "Kindly bear with us while we connect with the concerned team. We’ll update you as soon as we have more information", but don't get back to you without you chasing a response. Or simply ignore you till after multiple messages requesting a response and update.

Tailored Delivery - there was no "complex" delivery. Large vans deliver to the other properties regularly. I was confident the access was suitable. I took it upon myself to send photos to clarify the route as person dealing with this order was extremely unsure. There are no narrow side lanes, it's a road to a cul-de-sac. I was informed that someone would call me, which they did not. I had to call them. No one from your team checked that communication had been made, knowing I needed delivery on a certain day, it was left for me to deal with. It only arrived the next day as I made the effort to phone your contractor and arrange. If I wasn't proactive this would've been delayed further. The refund was not automatic, it was only made after a number of requests. I would not call call your team "highly responsive", I was having to chase to get responses. Our definition must differ. I would not say delivering to the back of the property, with better access then the front, requires "extra" co-ordination.

AM Delivery Fee Refund:
